This place was hit and miss for me. The thing I liked I truly enjoyed and the things I didn't quite like are still haunting me. Their California Turkey sandwich is to die for! Tasty and colorful and light it's the perfect balance and tasty to the last bite! The down side was the fruity pebbles cookie. How deceived I was by the pictures and description online! Even in person it looked beautiful until I took a bite and almost lost every tooth in my mouth. Hard. As. Rock. Eat at your own risk! I will definitely keep ordering for lunch but I will definitely stay away from dessert!

Bronze Cafe is the Bizness... er... Business. I think Bronze Cafe may be my all-around favorite spot for a casual lunch (or dinner). Their sandwiches are out of this world. I'm a sucker for vegan/vegetarian friendly places as I'm generally not a huge meat-eater. Their veg sandwiches are pretty great. They're more than just some vegetables slapped between some bread. They're flavorful & delicious! My favorite veg-friendly sandwich is the The Good Earth: roasted vegetables, spring mix, hummus, sprouts, lemon vinaigrette, and spicy sunflower seeds all on a soft & delicious pita. I like this over the Tree of Life Pita. My go-to non-veg sandwich here which I consider to be one of the most delicious sandwiches... well... in all of Las Vegas is called The Complicated Order. It's an LGBTQ (that's a sandwich) w/ avocado & turkey ;D That's housemade bacon jam, maple-glazed bacon, spring mix, tomato, basil aioli, and lemon vinaigrette, avo, & turkey on a toasted ciabatta. Much bun-love here. Much everything love. They have salads and the usual cafe suspects. I really like their Bizness. It's a massaged kale salad base + any 3 sides. A little steep at $10 but it's still worth it to me. It's mighty delicious and you get a pretty healthy serving. You really can't find better vegetarian food in Vegas. It's rare and hard to come by here. This ain't LA people! My favorite sides are the beet salad, roasted mushroom, roasted potatoes. Skip the curry quinoa. But really, there's so much mix & matching possibilities just try whatever sounds good to you. Their sides menu is huge! You're bound to find something you'll like. In addition to their relatively large food menu, they also have some great drink selections. Pineapple Mint Chia anyone? Also have protein shakes and other blended drinks for your post-workout reward. The Real Results shake is vegan & gluten free. It's quite delicious: housemade almond milk, kale, PB, vegan protein, dates, cacao, maca, & flax. Whew, that's a mouthful. It really is. More like a meal replacement. All delicious.

Love this place. I've yet to try something I don't like. Also love how many options they have for vegans.

I'm going to make this as short and simple as possible. I go across town at least once a month to eat here. First of all it is located in The Center which is a beautiful and inviting building, the prices are reasonable when you consider that every thing is made fresh when ordered and the service cannot be beat. The complicated order is by far the best sandwich I have ever eaten and also one of the biggest. The bacon jam is absolutely to die for. And don't forget dessert!

I work pretty close to the center so I decided to finally grab a to-go lunch from Bronze Cafe. I ordered the Tree of Life Pita which was flavorful, fresh, clean, and satisfying. I have been thinking about it for two whole days. I can eat that everyday for lunch. The employees seemed friendly and I thought it was extra cute how each time my name was called, the guy handling my order got closer and closer to the correct pronunciation. *highfive*

Maybe I would partake in "Meatless Mondays" more often if the Bronze Cafe were closer to my work, and without a doubt I'd order The Tree of Life Pita again! The Tree of Life Pita is a vegan sandwich that's pretty glorious. It's delicious, flavorful, and healthy. Wrapped in a soft pita was a mixture of greens, mango cilantro ginger vinaigrette, avocado, vegan cashew cream, and pickled onions and roasted bell peppers. For a late afternoon snack I picked up some type of quinoa/chia seeds bar. Although, it was tasty, filling, and super crunchy, each bite let loose crumbs and seeds. Not only was the food I had delicious, but the prices were reasonable. The Bronze Cafe is a solid lunch spot in my book.

Holy Mackerel! Listen, just go there and order the 'Business' salad or whatever it's called. Avocado, massaged kale, hemp seeds, quinoa, etc. It's amazing. Heaven in a box is what they should have called it. The cafe also has a great staff. Friendly, attentive and quick. Don't forget the tip jar!

I never even knew this place existed, but I found a Groupon today while trying to use a 20% off code and found this 4.5* sandwich shop. Happy I did. Bought the Groupon and had the daily soup while waiting for my sandwich. I got the Complicated Order, and once I took a bite it was like a flavor explosion in my mouth. It felt like different flavors were coming from every corner of my mouth. It was a bit messy as I tried it eat it while driving, so I had to wait until I got to my destination to really go to town on it. This is what every sandwich could be. So excited to take my vegetarian friend here as we can finally both have a great meal with neither of us comromising.

Bronze Cafe, you are my "diamond cafe". You have brought beauty to Downtown Las Vegas. You are the 4 C's, color, cut, clarity and carat. You are a CLEARLY friendly, inviting place. I felt the SHINE from the warm welcome of the staff and the patrons. You are the SLICE of vegan and vegetarian deliciousness I seek out for me and my family. I delighted in the Carrot Cake Blended and my children devoured the Lemon Blueberry Cookie and Chocolate Zucchini Muffin. You are the CRISP IMAGE of what I want in a community. The Bronze Cafe provides a venue for my children and me to read, chatter, eat, and socialize. I appreciate the true feeling of community here. You are AUTHENTIC and REAL; your carat weight is PALPABLE and PURE.

One of my favorite places in Las Vegas! The food is always absolutely perfect. My favorite thing to order is the LGBTQ sandwich. The bread is always fresh. The bacon jam is to die for. The blended drinks are fantastic. & The young man that works the counter is cherry on top. I wish I knew his name. He makes you feel like you're old friends. I also place delivery orders and every time the order is prefect and fresh!

I have yet to have a bad experience here. Peter, you are amazing and this is my favorite cafe in Vegas. Thank you for making it so easy for me to eat here... You are beyond accommodating with my vegan needs and everything always tastes so good. It's located on Maryland parkway and Charleston. It's pretty tiny but full of delicious food. The pastry case is always stocked with vegan and non vegan options. *the zucchini banana chocolate muffin is so ridiculously good!!! Ask them to warm it for you and it practically melts in your mouth. The "cheesecakes" have never ever disappointed. The blueberry is fabulous! Never tastes artificial and the crust is perfectly crisp! The coffee has never disappointed, made hot and fresh, and always smooth. The melon waters... The turmeric and canteloupe is by far my favorite... It is a perfect summer beverage. The smoothies... We've tried the cocoa super food (smooth and delicious and hearty) and the coconut almond (light, slightly sweet, and thirst quenching) I would recommend either after a lifting session or yoga. Both are full of nutrients and electrolytes. The sandwiches... So far we have tried the good earth pita (stocked with veggies and full vegan goodness) and the tree of life pita (our fav) very hearty and the dressing was out of this world!! The salads... The Thai peanut was surprisingly very very good! I wasn't expecting it to be as savory as it was and textures all blended surprisingly well. It was a day we split the salad and a pita and we were both very very full and satisfied. THE BIZZNESS, is exactly that, the business! We always try different options. You get to choose three options over chopped kale in a perfect lemon vinaigrette. So far we have tried the hummus, the babagonoosh, roasted beet and quinoa, Brussels sprouts, sweet potatoes, spiced chickpeas, avocado... I think you get the Idea (so many options)! It's always a go to For us and is always delicious. Their soups are insane. The split pea and lentil are two of my favorites. I would recommend checking out their face book daily to see what the days options are. They also had a vegan tamale that was put of this world. My boyfriend said it was the best tamale he has ever eaten. If you see one make sure to grab it. I have yet to be disappointed after the 20+ times we have eaten here. I think it's safe to say, if you haven't tried this place, you need to. It caters to vegans and non vegans alike and I guarantee you, it will not disappoint!

I've been coming here now for a few months, and tend to order the same thing every time, the Bizness with chicken, curried quinoa and brussel sprouts. I'm a creature of habit, so when I find something I like, I order it until I get sick of eating it. The chicken tastes so good! Why doesn't my chicken taste like this! And that quinoa. I was ordering the coconut date shake until they changed their dates, it doesn't taste as good to me anymore. My favorite item on the menu isn't even food, it's their cold brew coffee. It's the best cold brew I've tried, with a little bit of soy milk, it's perfect. No need for sugar at all. There are so many other healthy menu items I need to try, as well as their desserts. Bonus, they deliver to my work, for only $3. I'm ecstatic that I can order something healthy when I don't make it to the grocery store!

YELP 365 CHALLENGE 2014-(299/365) "Sandwiches, Salads, and Such" We finally made our way to Bronze Cafe after getting cut at Hi-Rollers nearby. After seeing the majority of highly rated reviews by fellow Yelpers, this visit was long overdue. The Tree of Life was what I originally planned, but it changed in a split second like a Jedi mind trick when I saw BACON JAM and MAPLE BACON described in the LGBTQ Sandwich, a pretty BOMB rendition of the BLT. We also chose to split the Roasted Beet and Goat Cheese Salad with Candied Pecans. Service here is very pleasant and the workers even toss your salad order if you would like them to. Unfortunately, this salad was lacking in flavor and the pecans lacked that sweet toasted flavor. Their version of a Snickerdoodle was dry and crumbly. The Loving vs. Virginia (AKA Brookie) was nice, warm, chewy, and decadent. Great spot to chill and meet up for a nice healthy lunch. I'd like to return to try the highly raved about Tree of Life Pita and Bizness Salad because I heard it was the business...For now, it sits at a little more than A-OK for me. ALOHA!!! I adore this place... Finally had an excuse to check out The Center. I'm shy! Husband took me here on a whim, I almost cried with how delicious the bacon jam was on my LGBTQ... I did cry when it was over. I get the same thing each time, LGBTQ and pineapple mint water. I love the brussel sprouts too, perfect combo of sweet and sour. I always giggle loudly when they ask if they can toss my husband's salad. There is nothing like waking up early, grabbing some grub from here and going on a hike or a day trip. The worst is when they don't have pineapple water or bacon scones, you sleep in you lose out. Now I can enjoy vegan food, between this place and randomly finding dole whip around town I am one happy human. I haven't found anything I didn't like here yet.

Regular delivery orderer here and will no longer be trying to figure out ways to order $50 worth of salads and sandwiches to wait 3hours for my order and not be informed that they're running late. Thanks Bronze Cafe for the good food but horrible service. Maybe the prices should reflect a little on the service side. Whoever runs this cafe shouldn't dream of running a restaurant, because you can't run a simple cafe. Thank you.

I am super insanely addicted to this place. I'm so happy my job is in downtown... it just makes it that much easier to satisfy my addiction :) I love the Tree of Life Pita - hands down it's the best thing on the menu. As a vegetarian, I'm not a big fan of just full-on vegetable sandwiches (since it's always so plain), but OMG this pita is ridiculously amazing even though it's just vegetables. I can't get enough! Paired with a carrot cake shake (that's so healthy and satisfying)... I'm in heaven! This is THE best place for breakfast, lunch or dinner, and the staff is always fantastic. I recommend trying it (if you haven't done so), even meat eaters I know enjoy their dishes (the Guac and Mole to be precise). You can also sit outside which is great during the year (I usually bring my pug if it's not too hot.. :)).

I live close by and get delivery often. Almost everything I've tried from here is beyond amazing. I'm vegan and GF and there's tons of options even for me. The only reason they don't get five stars from me is because on many occasions they've messed up my order and forgot to bring a few things. They bring the items asap but don't give me a refund or anything like that. Even so it's worth it to me for their delicious food.

I just drove far as hell to get to this place and I must say it was definitely worth the drive. I ordered the strawberry cookie, red pepper hummus and Tree of Life Pita. I opted to have the cookie warmed so it was brought to me as I waited on the rest of the order. The pita was assembled fresh so there was a nice little wait before they finished my order. The staff was friendly and the gentleman who took my order was upbeat. The hummus was cool, but I tried the cookie in the car and couldn't wait to get home to finish it! It's thickness reminds me of a biscuit with jam, but with a sweet, coconut layer...mmmm it was moist. The pita was the star though! I really enjoyed it's lightness, depth of flavor, and both crunchy and soft texture. I'll definitely make the long trip for that tastiness again! Some time in the near future I might add!

On our last trip we discovered this restaurant so I made our return a priority. Not being particularly venturesome, we both ordered the same sandwiches as last time. My wife ordered the Tree of Life pita (roasted red peppers, avocado, mixed greens, tomato, house-made pickled onions, house-made vegan cashew "crema", brazil nut crumble, and mango cilantro ginger vinaigrette). I, in turn, chose the LGBTQ (house-made bacon jam, maple-glazed bacon, mixed greens, tomato, cucumber, basil aioli and lemon vinaigrette on a ciabatta). Both sandwiches, made with impeccably fresh ingredients, were as delicious as we remembered. Will we be returning next trip? Of course!

I've been here twice so far for lunch during the week days. I'm not a vegan or vegetarian. I just came here because every once in a while, homemade food and fast food aren't working for me. I'm so glad we came across this place! It is amazing. The people are so friendly and helpful. The food is fresh and fast. My first visit I got the tree of life pita. This was the best thing I've ever had! Even the onions on this pita were amazing. This is a must on your first visit. I went back on a Friday, not too hungry. I got a smoothie, and two sides. They were out of red potatoes so they offered any other side for me. The curried quinoa was so filling and so good. Even cold. Then the red pepper hummus was the substitute for the red potatoes. It came with 5 slices of warm pita slices. Very good. This is a place everyone should come check out!

If I hadn't done the proper yelp research on this place I would never have known it was here nor would I have been able to find it. But I like it that way, this is one of those places you wanna keep all to yourself. I'm not vegan, however I really appreciate great vegan food. My friend and I came here for lunch and to begin with the staff there is amazing!!!! Everyone behind the counter was super friendly and knowledgeable and they gave us samples!! We ended sharing a tree of life pita, a cup of mushroom soup and two of their fruit chia drinks. Everything was fresh and delicious. The pita bread is even baked fresh from a local bakery. This was a great find, and I can't wait to go back and try everything else!

Who knew healthy could taste so good! I had a friend in town who partied a little too hard over the weekend, so he wanted to start his week off right on a healthy note. I took him on a hike and then over here for dinner. I had previously sampled their food while volunteering at an event they catered, so I was excited to get full portions this time. First off, the bizness salad is delicious. I had this with chickpeas, beats and quinoa, but there's other topping options you can go for. I could probably eat this every day. The tree of life pita is also a great choice- packed full of veggies on a warm pita. Now maybe not the healthiest option on the menu, but the Complicated Order is a must. This has bacon, BACON JAM, avocado, turkey, tomatoes and greens, all on a perfectly toasted ciabatta bun. The bacon jam is pretty awesome, and if I had a jar at home I'd probably put it on just about everything. Bronze is located inside The Center, so don't get confused when you don't see a storefront. We came in on a Monday night while an open mic night was going on so it was pretty crowded. There are a bunch of tables around though so we were able to find a few open seats and watch some free entertainment. Even though this is a bit of a trek from my house, I'll be back!

  • Aika L.

The bizness is everything! =D You can mix and match 3 toppings you put with the kale salad. The salad has a lot of flavor. I love the brussel sprouts and chickpeas!

I've eaten the food here several times and was a huge fan of the amazing sandwiches and ice blended drinks here. This place would normally get a solid 5 star review from me, but heres why they "generously" got a 2 star only. My girlfriend ordered the "California Turkey" and I got the "Complicated Order" which both have turkey in it. We both got the ice blended chai as well. Then within about an hour later when we got home, we both started feeling nauseous and sick and showed signs of food poisoning... I mention also that I have a very strong stomach and don't normally ever get sick from food when other people who ate the same food has in the past. We aslo are not allergic to anything and Bronze Cafe was literally the only food we have had all day. I called the cafe and wanted to just let them know we got sick from the food so they dont make anyone else sick because that would be awful. The young man who answered was very polite and said he would let the manager know. A few moments later surprisingly the manager called back and said they were going to check all the ingredients and was extremely apologitic and gave a full refund on the order ticket even though I didnt ask for it which was very nice of them. I can see how maybe an ingredient that was "off" might of been served to us. As some of the staff look very young (some look younger than 15 years old) they probably werent trained on proper food preparation or have the attention to detail required to safely handle food? It's a shame really, because the sandwiches here are outstanding and delicious. It'll take some time for us to have the courage to come back here and eat. Getting sick from eating out isnt a laughing matter and has to be taken seriously! Thankfully the manager handled it with us in a very professional and courteous manner.

Fantastic food and service! Everything is fresh & delicious! I always get the Bizzness and my husband gets the Good Earth but you can't go wrong with any of the menu items! I also recommend their desserts!! We love the employees too! Everyone is so friendly and we love when Peter is working! The Bronze Cafe is a must every time we visit from Orange County!!!

Can't believe we stumbled upon this place just looking for "lunch" in north Vegas! The Green Goddess sandwich and the Complicated sandwich impressed us with great presentation and flavor. The only complaint, if it can be called that, was the comparative boringness of the brussel sprout salad. The iced coffee and fruit water were also pretty great. Regardless, they had us at LGBTQ sandwich! We will definitely be back!

Tree of life!! Good place to go when I'm trying to be healthy... Trying! When I go I usually go for lunch and I get the tree of life, which is some sort of delicious sandwich. It has all kinds of veggies, lettuce, tomato, nuts, spinach and - great sauce on top of it. It's very delicious. Also I get the pita bread with hummus. Nice little lunch spot!

"That smoothie was so good I almost stole it from Cathy" - a very daring statement from my sister. Take my money, take my boyfriend...I'll get over it. Take my food? You want war! After a nice morning at the gym, my sister and I finally went here after months of talking about it. I keep hearing positive comments about this place. They have vegan, gluten-free and regular options. But fear not, they have bacon if that's your thing. Coconut Almond Blended: I absolutely have a strong dislike of anything coconut. But with my lucky experiences of getting something I hate and ending up liking it (for the past few months) inspired me to get this. Well, I can add this to the list. It tasted like a very mild horchata. Pleasantly and surprisingly delicious! 5/5 Kale Apple Banana Smoothie: The taste of kale reminds me of a fruit I ate when I was little, Spanish plum. So drinking kale + other fruits isn't foreign to me. This was a little sweetness to it and a nice tart flavor. 5/5 Iced Coffee: I'm not a big coffee drinker but THIS was good. It takes them 8 hours to make. It wasn't bitter and I didn't feel the need to add anything to it. 5/5 The Hummus: Comes with warm pita and olives on top. I ate around the olives since I'm allergic to them. Freshly made and delightful. 4/5 The Agrodolce Brussels Sprouts: Roasted Brussels sprouts with Italian sweet and sour vinaigrette. The sprouts looked a bit overcooked but when you eat them, they still have that crunch. The vinaigrette was a bit tangy and refreshing. 5/5 The Curried Quinoa: Quinoa, dried cranberries, almonds, parsley with sweet curry. Lots of textures and flavors. Quinoa and almonds are good non-meat protein sources minus LDL's. Cranberries are good for the ladies. 5/5 The Bizness: Chopped kale with lemon vinaigrette. You can pick and choose 3 side items or roasted chicken / bacon / avocado to put in this salad. So, if you get a combo that sucks then, it's your fault! Accountability 101. But no worries, all the sides they have are good. 5/5 The Banana Boy Bait: This got me singing "hey you're such a pretty boy. Hey you're such a pretty boy. You're so pretty". Banana bread with natural sweeteners. The top has a little crunch to it. They bring it to you hot. Yuuuuuummm!!! I was supposed to split this 50/50 with my sister but quickly ended up at 60/40 - she caught me before it went to 80/20. "I'm saving you from calories." 5/5 This is located inside The Center which is a LGBTQ facility. They have books and computers with internet. They have their own parking lot which is a big deal because I'm not a fan of paying for parking! I love this place!!!

Lunch at Bronze Cafe is always a winner, the last time I went was no different. I also think I have fallen in love with a sandwich and it couldn't have a better name... The Miss Piggy! This delicious sandwich comes with a creamy, phenomenal Green Goddess chicken salad, stuffed between a fluffy ciabatta bread. I've never had Green Goddess anything before and I have to say, it is life changing! Why haven't I been having this on EVERYTHING I eat?! Sandwich also comes with red onions, tomato, and arugula/salad mix. Plus an extra helping of salad on the side. While here I also tried their Coconut Curry Mushroom soup (the soup of the day). Creamy, with a kick, and plump toothy mushrooms. I did not get an actual cup, but my friend liked it so much she ordered it for her lunch. Lastly - do not overlook their baked goods because you will miss out on something delicious. Best lunch spot EVAR!

I have to start with saying that Bronze Cafe is exactly what I was looking for. Healthy food, excellent service, close to work and they deliver. I found out about them from a fellow yelper that told me to try it out, that it's one of the best vegan cafes in town. So the next day I pulled up the menu and called to place an order. I decided to drive there for my first time instead of having it delivered so I could feel out the vibe of the place. Right when I got there I saw a lot of the tables full which is a good sign! I was immediately greeted by the staff there. They were so friendly and willing to make my first time experience well remembered. They offered me samples of their fruit water and also gave me a 10% discount for working in the medical field. I headed back to work and sat down to enjoy my lunch. I ordered the tree of life pita, the complicated order, the apricot almond bar and one of their began blueberry cheesecakes. I haven't been this impressed with an easy fix for the longest time! The flavor was unbelievable! The bacon jam, basil Aoli and the lemon vinegrette alone is enough to make anyone fall in love! The desserts were absolutely delicious and I highly recommend their fruit water even though some people might think that it's too sweet. I've ordered from here now two days in a row and I am probably going again today. I would rate this place more stars of it was possible. I even grabbed a handful of menus to hand out to the different departments of my work. More people need to realize the different options that are available in this town and not just go to taco bell or burger King. I love you bronze cafe!

This place is awesome! They serve up fresh, delicious, healthy eats. Items tried and liked: The Good Earth, The Tree of Life, Cantaloupe Tumeric Fruit Water, Watermelon Chia Fruit Water and a Fruity Pebble Cookie. Everything was so flavorful & yummy! The staff is another reason why this place is so awesome!!! They are all so welcoming & friendly. :) It's nice when someone is genuinely nice & caring and not just doing their job. Looking forward to trying other items on the menu. My daughter and I will definitely be back! :)

I was given a gift certificate for this cafe, took my boyfriend... it seemed like a strange location, the lobby of an office building. Not to worry - the vegan sandwiches were phenomenal! I'm a lifelong vegetarian, and my boyfriend is a devout carnivore. I forget the sandwich, but he said it was one of the best tasting sandwiches of his life. I know he meant it. We return regularly

Absolutely amazing!!! We read the reviews and knew we had to try while visiting Las Vegas. The Complicated...bacon jam...that's all that needs to be said. Great sandwich. Also had the Tree of Life sandwich. Completely on the other side of healthy and delicious. The sandwiches are so big that you just need to commit and not put it down until your done!!! This will not be the only visit while in town.

  • Lauren M.

I could eat here every day...and right now I basically do. The ingredients are so fresh and flavorful, and even though I find myself drooling over some of the pastries (Poblano Cheddar Biscuit...YUM) and sandwiches, I find myself relying on a trusty favorite, The Bizness salad. You get a generous portion of kale dressed in a fresh lemon vinaigrette, topped with your choice of 3 sides. You can choose from curried chickpeas, sesame broccoli, beets, chopped avocado, roasted brussel sprouts, quinoa with almonds, etc. All are beyond delicious when tossed with the kale and stirred up together, and is perfectly filling. Even better if you ask for a side of pita, which comes stacked in a foil packet, steaming, warm, and soft. The LGBTQ sandwich is another fave, with housemade bacon jam, maple-glazed bacon, greens, tomatoes, cucumber, and basil aoli on ciabatta, and you can add turkey and avocado to make it "The Complicated Order". There are coffee, smoothies, tea drinks, etc. to enjoy in the lounge area in the entrance of the LGBTQ community center, and the staff is super friendly. I usually get my stuff to go and even without calling ahead, I never wait more than 5 minutes. I love, love, love the Bronze Cafe.

Love this place! All the boys who work there are adorable and always go over and beyond to give great service. We came in unknowingly at closing one night - and the doors were already locked. They saw us though the doors, recognized us as regulars, and unlocked the doors and allowed us to order food before they closed up for the night. Ok, so besides all that... the food is bomb! Vegan options, great salads, fresh juices, slow brewed coffee... Lots of great stuff! LGBT friendly (located in the gay center) and close to DTLV. Thumbs up to this lol cafe. PS you can get some reading done too while you're there because it has a mini library. You never know who you're going to see at the Bronze café !

I got the complicated order and the sandwich is amazing! It is like nothing you have had before or do not find very often!! Pricing is the only downside and if you don't know where it is, you could have a hard time finding it... Nice area to relax and eat.

Awesome food and awesome service! New lunch spot :) we were immediately offered a sample of today's soup. Then we were offered a more detailed menu. They also have a cantaloupe and turmeric smoothie which is great for those who have inflammation.

I love this place, they have vegan and veggie options as well as some meat plates. Everything is so fresh and yummy! The Tree of Life is by far the best dish for Vegans- but the cheesecake. Oh the cheesecake. They have different flavors all the time, so don't expect to get the one you want- the ones I have tried are the Green Tea, Chocolate, and Raspberry. They are by far the best vegan cheesecakes I have ever had. Ever. Now for the drinks, the honeydew, watermelon, pineapple, and cantaloupe. Honeydew is the most refreshing in my opinion, not too sweet or powerfully flavorful. Watermelon is good, but sweet, and the pineapple is tasty, but also sweet. They are all really good and a great alternative to sodas or powered waters since they are fresh squeezed with no added sugar or water. They also no have a new item, the Chocolate Ambrosia Sandwich with white chocolate raspberry bread for less than 5$ and it is to DIE FOR. GAH, it's like eating a little bit of Angel wing, if an Angel's wing tasted like AWESOMENESS. Get it, it's worth it.

I'm a big fan of vegan/vegetarian spots that have innovative ideas and strong flavors. I feel like often times vegan or vegetarian food can be on the bland side, but this place knows how to develop their flavors well. The best part is, is that they offer gluten free options. It is more expensive to have it be gluten free, but that is expected. I got the tree of life which was piled high on gluten free bread but it's usually served in a pita and on the side I grabbed a pineapple mint chia water. It was super refreshing and yummy. It gave me a good energy boost for sure. I just wish this place was closer to where I live but, I come by whenever I get done with my acupuncture appointments since it's close by the office. It's a bit pricy but definitely worth it.

The employees are always in a good mood. They suggest items if you have never tried them even letting me taste it to see if I like it. Who does that? Love the salads, all the vegan options too. Always easy parking. One of my fav's on the east side of town for lunch.

I love this place. They need to open up more cafe's. When i come here i always get the bizness salad. Before this ive never had; kale, lemon vinaigrette, chickpeas, lentils or quinoa. And they've all changed my life lol. Sooooo good, ive also tried there complicated sammich also good. If you havent came here you need to. Awesome customer service, nice atmosphere. Love it!!!!!

I came here to meet up with a large group of friends. We only ordered coffee, but next time I will try out out more menu items, I just wasn't hungry while I was here. They have a very large and open eating area- plenty of room for our large group. Lots of menu items to choose from for any dietary need: vegan, gluten free, etc. Kid friendly too! My only small complaint is that our coffees took a long time to come out, but we were in a large group, so it was ok. Can't wait to return!

I eat here entirely too often. The Tree of Life Pita is an alternate fuel source for me, I could eat one for every meal of the day for the rest of my life and forever be happy and I'm not even a vegan.

Really good, wholesome food options in a relaxed atmosphere. I dig Bronze Cafe. I've been here a handful of times and the service is always exceptional. My go-to is the Good Earth Pita. Hummus, mushrooms and eggplant just to name a few of the yummy ingredients stuffed into a perfectly prepared pita flatbread sandwich. It is so good, I want one right now. The Tree of life and Guac & Mole are good options too but the spicy sunflower seeds really make the Good Earth "pop." Salads are bomb too. The beet salad with goat cheese is a beet lovers dream come true. I don't do a lot of dairy but this is one salad that I splurge on. The goat cheese is the perfect complement with the greens and walnuts. I seriously need to get down there asap. Typing this review left me with a huge craving.

I really don't understand the positive feedbacks that drove me here. I was looking for a quiet place to avoid the sand storm outside. I went to this indoors cafe expecting good coffee and a nice place. - We took a Mocha Latte and a Hot chocolate. Both were terrible, any coffee from the 7-11 next door would have been better. - Also, there pastries look like home-made (a little messy), but are just average in taste. - The prices are high for bad quality beverages. - The coffee place doesn't have its own place, it is shared with the Center Lobby, which means : you're just sitting in a place with a lot of coming and going of people not even taking anything in the coffee. - You keep seeing the center officer reprimanding people in the space for not sitting right or whatever, like in a Library. - There was a Wifi access point that said Bronze Cafe but that one was "not open to the public" ... so, you had to use the center Wireless, which doesn't work that well. Well, if you want to relax, this coffee doesn't deserve the effort. You can have a better experience by taking a coffee at the 7-11 and enjoying the free wifi and seats at the Center in front of Bronze Cafe, or simply by looking to one of the numerous better places !

Came back again and this time they were very busy! Lots going on but they still held it together. The cashier apologized for the long wait which is a nice gesture. I got the Tree of Life and taste I enjoyed but did not care for the drippiness of the sandwich. I would ask for less sauce next time. The watermelon chia juice is outstanding! I would love to try all of their juices.

Was really surprised by this place. You say why. Just wasn't expecting it in the location that it is in. I tried to find this place once and was really confused and then gave up. I guess I wasn't expecting it to be in building that doesn't look like it would house a restaurant/café such as this. I had the LBTQ----- I think it had one more letter but for some reason it currently escapes me. Let's just say I don't think you could put anymore bacon on the sandwich. I mean you could try but I don't think it is possible. WoW all that yummy bacon. Topped with a basil aioli, on a chabata bun with fresh veggies. This sandwich was amazing and fresh. I would never expect it to come from a place that looks like an old library. I really wish this were a more apparent restaurant some where. The prices screem fresh and high over head which i don't think fits the local. Don't get me wrong I will be back the next time i am in the area. I just wished it were more convienent

perfect gem inside The Gay & Lesbian Community Center of Southern Nevada! what a great little cafe, with a huge menu - definitely some of the best and most original food, and so healthy too! I got "The vegicated" sandwich (delicious!), my boyfriend got "the complicated" (so good!), and we shared a side of sweet potatoes and onions (yummmmm). and we're stuffed!

The staff are always so friendly and ready to tell you about anything they have on the menu. I love love love the fresh almond milk, it's amazing in an iced chai. The pastry case will be my undoing, but I can't help myself with those cookie-brownie cake-like things. They're delicious! A wonderful atmosphere with a friendly, inclusive vibe.

The gem of Downtown Las Vegas' food scene, Bronze Cafe is my go-to over and over. For first timers, I would recommend the 'What What' sandwich, Kale-Apple-Banana smoothie, and the roasted pepper hummus. A MUST TRY in Las Vegas.

Just had the most delicious sandwich at The Bronze Cafe'! Amazing food! 5-Star assistance with ordering. I had the highly-touted Tree of Life Sandwich and I simply devoured it! So 'Ono!!! Also had their coconut beet borscht soup topped with parsley and cashew creme! Great complement to the meal. My better half got the Miss Piggy which was studded with green goddess chicken salad and maple-glazed bacon! He's silent. Nuff said. Our 'opu are stuffed and we are coming back tomorrow for more;-)!!

First, I would like to say that this place is awesome. The food on the menu is well thought out by Chef Peter, and the staff is friendly and awesome. Chef Peter and management put a lot of thought into who they have on staff. Second, they have a lot of options to choose from such as bacon pastries and cookies to vegan sandwiches and salads. The Tree of Life is an amazing vegan sandwich. I am not even vegan, but I still loved it. Next, the Green Goddess Chicken Salad Sandwich is amazing and one of my favorites. Also, the Bizness is a well prepared kale salad tossed in a vinaigrette with a variety of delicious toppings to choose from. Third and finally, the iced coffee is amazing here. Chef Peter has a special way of preparing the Iced Coffee that separates it from every other coffee house in the downtown area. The iced coffee here is much better than even the Star Bucks Iced Coffee. I love this place a lot. You can always find good people and good food here at the Bronze Cafe. For the past few weeks my diet has mainly consisted of Bronze Café for two reasons. 1) The menu has a lot of healthy options to choose from so that is always a plus. 2)Compared to a lot of other places in the area this place really ranks up there in my opinion in quality and service. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone I know.

This will now be a favorite stop for us whenever we are in Vegas! Fresh, high quality food and great staff! We shared the David's Special salad with yummy quinoa salad, avocado salad, chickpea salad, and beet salad atop a massaged kale salad with a flavorful vinegarette dressing. We also shared the tree of life pita-flavorful mixed greens with avocado, red peppers, tomatoes, cashew cheese sauce, Brazil nut crumbles, etc. on pita. A wonderful choice! Try their green tea vegan/gluten free cheese cake!!!! Good sized portions. Wonderful food! And, so good for you! I want to try everything!

Bronze Cafe is such a wonderful place! The food, service, atmosphere, it's all amazing. All the waters are great, from chia watermelon to cucumber melon. The Tree of Life is the absolute best pita ever! I never get tired of ordering the same thing every time. So many delicious dessert options to choose from, and they are so big (so you can share if you like!) My favorite desserts include the peanut butter snicker doodle, the banana bar and the strawberry cookie. It's always a plus if you get to see lovely Chef Peter or David but all of their staff is super friendly and awesome!

Hmmm... I'm somewhat disappointed for my lunch choice today. My coworker is a regular here, so I always see him eat something delicious and appealing when he gets it delivered. I wanted to try this place out for myself. I didn't want a sandwich, I was craving something lighter like soup and hummus, so that's exactly what I ordered... Chili: very bland, overpowered by large pinches of cumin. Very meaty, which was nice, but was disappointed that it didn't come with a side of cornbread or some sort of bread. Hummus: also pretty bland and comes with side of pita, which I used some for the chili. I wasn't super impressed, I would recommend maybe a variety of veggies to accompany it. Perhaps it was just a poor choice of food that I ordered, but then again, if this place is that good, anything ordered should be delicious. I'll definitely give this place another try, maybe this time a nice salad or a scrumptious sandwich... Even now as I'm multitasking by eating and texting this review, I can't seem to enjoy my order. Sorry, but this chili sucks!!!

This place is a gem! I've been here 3 times and the customer service has been phenomenal. I tried the Thai noodle salad.....SO DAMN GOOD! I inhaled the container! Instead of grabbing fast food in the area, stop by this cafe, your body will thank you for the delicious nutrition.

This is a couple days late. We went on Friday night. Small cafe in The Center. I didn't know about this place before. But there is a jewel inside if this building. We were cheerfully greeted by "Ye-shay" (sorry don't know how to spell his name). This was our first time there. He described the items very well and even gave us some samples to try. Food was very good. Fresh and tasty! Loved the baked goods too!!! Cookie/brownie thing is a must have!!! We received excellent customer service from this young gentleman! Very nice to have him on the front line. First impressions mean everything to a business. My husband and I will definitely be back. We want to try everything!

Stopped by to grab a sandwich for lunch - this place is awesome. Order the "WHAT WHAT" - mainly because when you do, they call out "Can I get WHAT WHAT?!" and it's hilarious. Hilarity aside, the food was great. We had a couple dips and sandwiches and everyone (even our Gluten intolerant friend) was highly impressed. Their gluten free bread is WAY better than most places. Stop by and grab a sammie, you won't be disappointed.

What a gem! A total find in Las Vegas. Don't judge it by its location or easy and simple atmosphere... There's a few select items that pack an amazing punch with every bite that will blow its competitors out of the water. Loved the Tree of Life Pita - Even if you're not Vegan or Vegetarian, its a must try. This is my personal favorite and go to. The flavors are excellent together. Thai Salad - Wonderful and yummy with great flavor The Complicated order - If I feel like being bad, this is it. Packed with loads of bacon (that I think are done in the oven because its not greasy) and turkey. I couldn't put it down, but I was stuffed afterwards. The other sandwiches were good, but the Tree of Life and Complicated order my favorites. Sides - some were better than others, but not because they were bad but they weren't as exciting as the sandwiches. With flavors this good, you have a lot to live up to with each bite. And they were great about letting us sample them. They also have a slow drip cold coffee device right by the register that looks fun... I don't drink coffee, but I was told it takes 8 hours to brew. I love the service. Even though its a simple cafe, they are great. Super friendly and attentive. A definite must try! And the best part is they deliver. So, if you're stuck eating the nasty food at the convention center for a conference. Just know that they deliver!

I might have a slight addiction to Bronze Cafe -- and by slight, I mean I think I've eaten BC three times in the last 7-10 days. The food is phenomenal, and the menu has a pretty solid range of options depending on your dietary preferences. I've only had their sandwiches (no salads or soups), but every sandwich is tasty, filling, and not something you'll find elsewhere. I'd also recommend picking up a drink and something sweet to complete the meal -- my go-to order is the Miss Piggy with a large blended chai and a strawberry oat bar (or strawberry cookie). The staff also deserves a shout-out, as they are always friendly, welcoming, and eager to give you the best service possible! P.S.: When you're there, check out the gigantic yarn/woven mural of the city across from BC -- it's incredibly detailed and you'll want to stare at it for hours!

Stopped in on our drive through Vegas. Well worth the detour. Everything was fresh, tasty and the service was amazing - warm, courteous and efficient. The curry and corn soup was to die for along with the LGBTQ sandwich. My friends had The Complicated Order sandwich, very impressive. And last, my friend with peanut allergies happily ordered The Guac and Mole sandwich. All the baked goods looked delicious but we were way too full to indulge any further. Next time I'm around, I'll definitely be stopping by! Edit: we couldn't resist the baked goods. We are weak. Tried the chocolate and zucchini muffin, which they happily warmed up for us. *drool. The mint chocolate chip cookie was gone in seconds.

Just came here! It's delicious! They have many gf vegan options and also non vegan items. I had the chicken salad sandwich with gf bread. It was delicious homemade bread! The side salad was also great with a tangy dressing! My bf had the complicated sandwich! It was huge with "more bacon than I've ever seen in a sandwich"! Delicious! We also got a chai with almond milk! It was fantastic ! Carmen made it super frothy whichever it extra amazing!!! I also tried different flavors of the gf vegan cheesecake made in house. They were all delicious but my faves were: the vanilla! (Tastes kind of like a custard. Very good! ) the mango (!) and the chocolate which was made with raw organic chocolate and was with a mousse-like consistency. Finally I had to have a ginger snap- gf vegan. It was hard (for dipping into tea) but still pretty good. Overall this place is awesome! It's a small cafe but I wouldn't be surprised if they open in a space of their own soon! Also the service was spectacular! Thanks Carmen!!!

This place is awesome. Got the David's Special salad and it's phenomenal, so many amazing flavors! Also the dirty bird blended, which is a Chai latte blended with espresso beans and I substituted almond milk, it's a great combination. Their soup of the day is a vegan coconut corn curry and it is also phenomenal! Great service, very friendly and fast! I'm not vegetarian or vegan but this food is great!

Are you interested in eating healthier, or maybe trying to understand why people love vegan food so much? If so the Bronze Cafe is a place you need to bookmark, and take the time to check out. I could sit here and write paragraph after paragraph describing the Bronze Cafe's offerings, but let's just say this former Missouri cattleman who will never totally give up beef and dairy products was totally blown away by the Bronze Cafe. Two visits here literally kickstarted a dietary change for me that has inspired me to have more vegan offerings around the house. Vegan food doesn't have to suck.. the Bronze Cafe has turned my attitude towards vegan fare completely around. Pricing: Good food isn't cheap, but after having lunch here I've went back to work and noticed a difference in my energy levels and ability to get things done. Again...try their stuff...pay attention to what's in it...and let the Bronze Cafe show you there are alternatives out there! 5 Stars. Yes, I hate giving out 5 Stars on Yelp reviews anymore. But it is what it is...and anything less than 5 Stars just doesn't seem appropriate.

I love this place. I try and have something different every time I come. I have tried every vegetarian item on the menu, and they are all great. It is very casual and there are people coming and going. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Their vegan desserts are great too.

Favorite cafe in Las Vegas, by far, and best vegan-intensive restaurant I've tried in the area, as well. Friendly, efficient service from folks that seem really happy and psyched to be part of this business. Wonderful ingredients in all their dishes, and great prices for even the more time-consuming yummies like vegan cheesecake.

I was really surprised to see a restaurant with about 30+ reviews to be rank #1 in all of Las Vegas. However, gave them a try as they delivered to our hotel and I needed something heathy to eat after about 2 days of alcohol and buffets. They have a plethora of veggie and vegan options. You really can't go wrong here. Fresh salads, pitas made with organic and premium ingredients, fresh juices, smoothies and desserts. Firstly, I have to commend the service. The guy on the phone was so patient and so friendly. He explained all the menu options in detail, no hurry. Thy deliver for free for an order of $30. Prices are more reasonable than the strip. About $15 should get you a drink and sandwich. Delivery was under 30mins and very well packed. Communication, payment and invoice were super professional. Tried the tree of life pita. Really liked it, but it was more like a salad in a pita. I was missing an earthy falafel or something wholesome in it. I should have gotten the good earth pita (with eggplant and mushrooms)... Next time. The watermelon chia drink was super healthy, filling and tasty. Also had the Ghirardeli blended coffee which was at par with a Starbucks frappuccino. Tried the zucchini chocolate brownie - didn't like it. Should have ordered the cheesecake. Overall, ideal meal for 2nd or third day in Vegas when your system is screwed up with alcohol and bread/meat. They won't disappoint you and your body will thank you.

Visited on 7/21/2014 The Tree of Life pita was probably one of the most delicious vegetarian meals I have ever tried. I do not know how they get the textures of the vegetables to emulate the taste and feel of eating a meaty sandwich, but they do it, and they do it well. The staff was very friendly and gave me a thorough description of my possible options. Easily a recommended place, and definitely worth a return...Also had the "Loving vs. Virginia" cookie for dessert. Simply amazing!

Here's the breakdown: Food - 5 stars Coffee - 5 stars Ambience - 5 stars Service - 0 stars Came to get coffee and brunch one day, ordered the tree of life pita and the turkey club, both were amazing!! Fresh ingredients, healthy organic options, flavorful sauces, and beautiful presentation. The ice coffee was very good too, they brew ice coffee with the proper apparatus and the taste is perfect. My complaint is on one female staff. While we were standing in line ordering we were disagreeing about the drinks option and this staff started to join in and started to reprimand me for my choice and lecturing me. That's extremely inappropriate and not any of her business. Then after we ordered, she was forcing me to write a tip. I'm ordering a togo order, where there's no service involved therefore I do not tip. She gave me an extreme hard time about not leaving a tip and continue to say that I can leave a cash tip. Wow! Talk about hustling! I'm not at the strip club! I'm not sure if I wanted to come back to be hustled again no matter how good the food is.

I have to confess: I hated Vegas. I like urban tourism, visiting big cities, enjoying everything, even I preffer nature, I love cities. But not Vegas. It's not for me. I didn't feel comfortable at any place, but then... I found this café thanks to Yelp :) It's strange the first time you got there because it seems you're entering a hospital or similar. But trust me: go inside. You will find a place to eat very healthy tasty food, even veggie and vegan; delete with handmade refreshing drinks and coffee which tastes like real coffee! ;) People there are super nice, they treat you like if you were at home with some friends. We knew by asking them that the center was to support and help lesbian, gays, bisexual, transexual and, actually, every single person who needs help. The work they do there is amazing, with a lot of love and care. With your visit, you're supporting the cause too, let's go :)

I've had lots of vegan and vegetarian food- some is amazing, and some is underwhelming. But here, they're good at mixing unlikely flavor combinations and textures for filling yet still meatless meals. There are some carnivore-friendly options available, too. The Good Earth is a phenomenal sandwich of roasted veggies on a pita, topped with the lemon-rubbed kale, a hummus sauce, and something made with sunflower seeds. After "roasted veggies" I pretty much tuned everything out and handed over my credit card. It was delicious. Combine a great first meal with attentive and personable service and a cozy, library-like setting with comfortable tables and chairs, and I will happily try a new sandwich every time I'm on this side of town.

This place is amazing, the bizness Davids special is the best salad I have had this whole year! The closest thing I can compare it to is like when you go to whole foods and make your own food bowl and mix different types of grains. The almond milk they make here is by far the richest I have ever had. I ordered a latte with almond milk best thing! I'm a pescaterian and this place is the place to go in Vegas.

We were driving near downtown Vegas looking for more new vegan places to try and we found the Bronze Cafe on the Happy Cow app. Located in The Center its a small cafe with a variety of vegan and non vegan items. We had the bacon chicken chop chop salad and the vegan guac & mole with a just to good for you smoothie. The salad was fresh and tasty perfect on a hot day. The Guac & Mole was so good my boyfriend didn't stop eating till it was done. The smoothie was light and healthy treat. We also had a sample of the soup of the day that was Moraccan Lentil, it was so much better than I thought it would be ( I'm not a huge fan of lentils) its perfect for a cool night out. The staff is friendly and sweet, everyone had a smile. The Center is a great place to hang out. Its a must stop for everyone.

This is by far the most healthy and delicious place in Vegas. The young Latin gentleman is an angel and won't steer you wrong. We were only in Vegas for the weekend and every meal we wanted to have here, and now regret that we didn't. True gem, great find!

The Bronze Cafe is my goto place for healthy and satisfying food. The two items that I crave most and tend to alternate between are the vegan Thai Peanut Salad and the vegan David's Special(The Bizness Salad with all the goods ;) ). The Thai Peanut Salad is my favorite pre-packaged togo salad that's perfect for popping in my fridge for work the next day. The crisp, fresh veggies combined with the creamy peanut dressing is such a treat to have in the middle of the day. It's the perfect amount of food and the dressing isn't too heavy or greasy so I don't feel like going into a food coma when I have so much to do still. The David's Special (The Bizness w/the works) is like a flavorful cornucopia of everything your parents prepared wrong for you when you were younger (sorry mom). I HATED beets and had a weird relationship with kale before I gave them a shot in this salad. The variety of textures and flavors packed into this one salad are unbelievably good. I like to order mine with seitan also but it's great just as is. I've been a veg head for many years and I have never had or made a salad as good as this one. Having so many vegan menu options that taste so good makes it hard to decide sometimes so when I go with my friends I like to order several and share with them. Especially the desserts, I love to get a few different flavors of the vegan cheesecakes since they change up the flavors so often. Gotta try 'em all!

I had the earth pita and it was delicious. My husband who is not a vegetarian was able to get a great turkey sandwich. I love the community vibe to the place but would not bring close-minded people since it is in a center for LGBTQ.

The Bronze cafe is one of the most unique spots in the city. I am not vegan, but I follow a a fairly rigid dietary system, and I've never had a problem with finding great food on the menu. Exploring the menu each time I come is part of the fun. The food is fresh, healthy, and delicious, and the servers are friendly. Writing this review makes me want to go there right now!

Bronze Cafe has an amazing and flawless menu. And I can say this because I've tried most everything they offer. To say that every detail of their menu has been carefully thought through and scrutinized is an understatement...no stone is left un-turned in crafting robust and refreshing flavor combinations. Let's begin with my favorite sandwich on the menu - the Tree of Life Pita. SO GOOD. And all veg. I'm a hardcore carnivore and I will still choose this every time I go. But if you're really craving meat, you can't go wrong with the LGBTQ (a genius spin on the BLT...with lemon vinaigrette, greens and q-cumber thrown in for good measure) - everything blends together so well. Also outstanding are the California Turkey, the What What (tastes like pizza!), and the Green Goddess Chicken Salad Sandwich...I wish I had enough stomach space to order seconds on all these. Truly amazing sandwiches across the board. Now on to some additional and notable highlights. David's Special is probably the best salad I've ever had. Very hearty without being too heavy and a mixture of flavors that compliment each other perfectly - kale, beets, quinoa, spiced chickpeas, avocado and hemp seeds...and with their signature lemon vinaigrette that binds it all together. I never thought I could love a salad so much. If you're there for breakfast, get the Swedish Oatmeal. This is not your standard oatmeal...it's SO GOOD. A perfect balance of spices and sweetness. I also recommend getting this for not-breakfast. Just eat it all the time. And their smoothies...drool. The pumpkin smoothie (not sure if this is a seasonal offering) puts certain commercial coffee chains to shame. Just hook it to my veins. And the desserts are also amazing...so if you still have room at the end of your meal, I recommend the peanut butter snickerdoodle, the chocolate zucchini cake, or a slice of their vegan cheesecake. Don't let the "vegan" description scare you. It will knock your socks off. To summarize, all the food is stellar. Order anything and walk away happy. But the biggest compliment I have for this place is the refreshing friendliness and helpfulness of the entire staff. Chefs & owners Peter & Dave treat each guest like a friend and the staff couldn't be more pleasant and eager to help freshly make and serve your food with a smile. Special shout-out to Carmen who served up the food in the most cheerful manner I've ever seen. Bronze Cafe is a home away from home. Go. Go now.

At first we had a difficult time finding this place because it's inside the LGBTQ center. Straight people, don't feel intimidated by going here...everyone is welcome. The staff is sooo friendly and knowledgeable about the food they serve. We started our meal with the "Vegan/Gluten Free Zucchini and Banana Brownie" it was served warmed and was gooey and delicious. For our lunches we had the Guac Mole vegan sandwich and the LGBTQ sandwich. They both came with a side of greens. Both were the best sandwiches we've ever had. For real. We drank the iced brewed coffee and it's really special, prepared in a cool drip device and the cantaloupe turmeric fruit water was refreshing. Fantastic experience. We'll be back.

Bronze Cafe is a must. The menu is so diverse. Huge selection of Vegan options. All items fresh and refreshing. The "What What" sandwich is my most favorite. The bakery selection is as sweet as the staff. I always enjoy my experience at the Bronze Cafe!

My husband and I are both chefs and our minds were blown by this place! We dabble in vegan/vegetarian food from time or time and this is the best we've come across. Huge kudos to the chef and the staff for making the food taste as delicious as it looks. Quality here is top notch people! Excellent customer service Great coffee (brew method pictured below) Complicated order- soooo good Good earth pita- perfection Pineapple chia mint water- Bomb Q-cumber honeydew water- pretty good Vegan blueberry cheesecake- creamy and delicious Brownie/cookie in one- KILLER! They offer to warm it slightly which is a nice touch. We ate half there and planned to eat the other half at home, but sure enough we didn't even make it out of the parking lot and it was gone! LOL There are so many other baked goodies I'm now kicking myself for not snatching up while I had the chance but we will be back for more!

I've been here a couple of times and it's always pleasant. Their staff is nice and it's very clean. It's located in the LGBT center aka The Center. It's pretty small in comparison to the actual center with about 3 or four tables. I'm not sure if you can eat anywhere but if not then it's tiny. Anyways I always get a little disheartened figuring that the food is a little pricey... Until I taste it. It's so good! They have salads, sandwiches, wraps, fresh juices, cookies, and pastries..! A lot of it is vegan and vegetarian. One of the best things I've had was this jalapeño and cheese scone.. It is so good! I've gone back just for this. My go to thing to order is the tree of life pita. It really is that good that EVERYONE posts about it. It has the perfect balance of flavors. They make it perfect everytime. Toasting the pita for a crunch and small details. If you go late they discount some of their items to get rid of the stock because they're always fresh. Overall it is cute, casual, affordable cafe. Nothing fancy but definitely delicious.

First time here and I loved it :D my gf and I had The good Earth sandwich, more like a gyro and it was delicious, I had the watermelon chia water and it was really good and fresh Definitely I'll be back soon so I can try some other good things :) The staff is more than friendly, they smile and make you feel comfortable, for first timers they are helpful. I really liked this place. Two thumbs up!!

Found this place by accident, nestled away inside the local community centre. I was blown away! Good mix of vegetarian/vegan and non vegan option available, really friendly people and the food was really nice! Try the miss piggy if you love chicken, but if like me your a bacon fan, it has to be the complicated order!!! Yum....Yum.....Yum.....

From the looks of it, you probably wouldn't expect much from this cafe. Usually the cafes you find in an office-type building are average at best. Looking at their menu may not sway you either, since salads and sandwiches tend not to sound so exciting, especially when they're focused towards health. Bronze Cafe will dash all your expectations in a good way. The food here is superb. I was lucky enough to sample various things off their menu and everything I tried was delicious. The ingredients are fresh and the way Chef Peter brings them together is amazing. My absolute favorite item was the David's Special; I wish I could eat this salad every day. The Tree of Life Pita was another highlight, even as someone who usually sticks with meaty foods. The smoothies are as amazing as the food, especially the pumpkin one. It was delectable dessert in a cup. And their actual desserts don't fail either, even the vegan ones (which I'm usually skeptical of). My favorite was the peanut butter snicker doodle, I wish I was eating one right now. I really wish there was a Bronze Cafe near me because I'd get to eat healthy, delicious food all the time. So get yourself here as soon as you can!

Located within a beautiful, clean complex where they support the LGBTQ community, there is what looks like a corner café with a cold case full of salads, a very interesting contraption to make ice brewed coffee, and a small staff. There are a few tables and chairs where you can take your food after you order. Let me say - the food was great. Beyond great. We went back twice, and even got food to go for our trip home. The kids that were working were charming, smiling, friendly, helpful - everything I like in a place. There is an amazing tapestry of the city of Las Vegas on the wall. It took three years to weave. It is worth seeing, while you enjoy your delicious " whatever you order. " We had a good earth pita, hummus, coffee, latte, cookies, muffins - we went several times. Loved it, and cannot wait to go back. Know that they have a gender neutral bathroom. Anyone can use it. It was pristine clean, private, and I felt perfectly safe in there.

OMG! The ciabatta bread is so soft and fresh! The worker said that the bread was delivered the same morning from a nearby bakery. The peanut butter chocolate chip vegan cheesecake is out of this world! Excellent cafe for both vegans and non-vegans alike. All the paper menu items are marked whether they are vegan or gluten-free. Don't let it scare you that the cafe is inside the LGBT Center. Everyone is friendly, even if you are straight.

Came here for lunch today and I am a believer! The cafe is extremely clean and well laid out. Plenty of items to choose from. I had a Tree of Life pita & honeydew cucumber juice. My bf ordered the same thing. Our food came out fast, was a very generous portion. And tasted so fresh and tasty! Service was also very friendly and fast. Love this place and will def be back!!

Love this place! The food is seriously off the chain! And I feel healthy in eating it, which is a nice bonus! I believe they have delivery, but might call ahead and double check me on that. Located in the lobby of The Center on Maryland Pkwy, there is plenty of seating. There is relaxing background music and the atmosphere is laid back. The staff are uber friendly and helpful. They have tea, coffee, smoothies, sandwiches, salads, soup and various sides. Try one of the many available homemade desserts...seriously goodness in your mouth! My favs have to be the LGBTQ sandwich (bacon jam, yes bacon jam...nuff said!), hummus and The Fruity Pebbles Cookie. The Tree of Life Pita is also wonderful... Even if the location is off your beaten path...it's really worth a stop. You won't be disappointed! I might even see on my volunteer nights at The Center! :)

Another bookmarked place down. I have been wanting to come here for a while and finally got the chance, meeting a gal pal for lunch. Many tasty-sounding items on the menu, but I had my heart set on the Tree of Life pita sandwich and it did not disappoint. We both ordered the seasonal Pumpkin Superfoods Blended, which is now renamed the SuperCALABAZAlisticexpialidocho with "..pumpkin, housemade almond mylk, banana, dates, chia seeds, flax seeds, and Chef Peter's special fall blend of warm holiday spices." Blended together, it is one satisfying drink that tastes like the fall season. Chef Peter and his staff are so friendly and the food is fresh. I've never been to the Center before, but I know I'll be back after this visit; there's so much more on the menu to try.

Sometimes places just "get you" and Bronze is one of those places. The people behind the counter, the culture of The Center, the fantastic salads/cookies/juices/coffees, it's just all so perfect. I can't get enough. You have to love a place where they remember your name and treat you like a human, instead of a number. So much love for Bronze.

This is my first ever review on Yelp because I just had to share my experience. I discovered this place during a visit a year ago when searching Yelp for vegan restaurants. I had the Good Earth Pita which was excellent! Being on a primarily whole-foods plant-based diet, it was a real treat to have so many choices. Wanting to try something new this time around, I finally settled on having THE BIZNESS - DAVID's SPECIAL (v, gf). It was without a doubt the BEST salad of my entire life! I absolutely loved the entire thing, scooping up every last bit of kale, beet, quinoa, chickpeas, avocado, and hemp seeds. I was hoping to have space to try one of their many great looking desserts, but no such luck as the salad managed to fully satisfy me with no room to spare. This place is on my MUST visit list during any future visits to the Las Vegas area. Keep up the great work!!! :)

After patronizing this place for over a year now, I must admit that it kinda kills me to assign 4 stars to Bronze. So much so that I've been I've been putting off writing this review for months! My heart says "5 stars!!!," while my yelp-reviewing objective-lawyer-brain says "3...." Accordingly, I shall split the baby and hope that I can one day soon update this review to a full 5. Heart: The food is great and, importantly, has integrity. Order one of the fantastic sandwiches or--if you're looking for a feel-good (or rather, feel-even-better) option, order the Sandwich as a Salad (better yet as a KALE salad!). In fact, you will feel good about your meal here in almost every way, once you get it (caveat: see below). Chef Peter is a talented and committed cook as well as a natural host with an earnest, caring demeanor. The other staff are mostly friendly and entirely welcoming. I have recommended this place to many colleagues, brought more than a few for lunch, and created some Bronze die-hards along the way. Head: Ugh, the wait. Some of this is due to expectations: the café setting leads one to anticipate that you can grab a quick to-go order or have a brief lunch while on break from your downtown office. That is sometimes, but not always, possible (aside from "grabbing" a pre-made item, of course). I have waited upwards of 20 minutes for a to-go order. Nevertheless, the food is so good (and I feel so good patronizing a local small business), that I simply build in the possibility of a 20-minute wait into my lunch trip if Bronze is involved. However, when the wait is supplemented by receiving the wrong order, it is frankly dispiriting... Just yesterday, the BF--who orders along with his entire small law office--did not receive his order. Then, when they brought it after being notified, it was incomplete :/ All that said, I will keep going back and keep recommending it to others, just with the caveat that you give yourself plenty of time and check your order before you leave.

Always super welcoming and serving delicious, healthy food, Bronze Cafe is a much appreciated dining option in downtown Las Vegas. The apricot oat bars, beet salad, chia pudding, and chicken salad with goddess dressing are among my faves. And they're open late! Thank you, Bronze Cafe!

This is hands down my favorite cafe in town: I come here multiple times for every Vegas visit. The food is fresh, nutritious and a delicious break from your typical Vegas food options. My personal favorite is the baconlicious Complicated Order and the Just Too Good For You kale smoothie. They also have cold brew coffee on tap and fresh french press coffee. The ambiance is always very chill and there's bookshelves right next to the eating area if you need entertainment with your coffee. Staff here have always been friendly and prompt as well as genuinely seeming to enjoy working there. In short, this place is like a little piece of my native SF Bay Area transported into the middle of the desert. I heart them.

Located inside the LGBTQ center, so don't look for a sign outside! There was a lot of sitting but small tables, not quite big enough for both my computer and my books to study (which is why I came). There were a lot of younger people there (student's?) talking among themselves so bring headphones if it disrupts your focus. I didn't stay long and had I, I might have given them a further look over. The Barista's were helpful and really fast to make the drinks, I had ordered a iced Chai Latte drink and it was overly milky for me and a tad bit on the sweet side. Next time I'll try it hot and possibly with a shot (dirty Chai).

Just got home with my delicious salad and double chocolate/peppermint (!) cookie. Grabbed a Mexican coke too (real sugar!) the gentlemen working the counter were sweet as pie and I ran into a few people I knew from the neighborhood when I was waiting a quick minute for my cookie to be warmed (?!) A super chill spot to have your snack on premises as well. Bronze Cafe is snacks

The first time I came here I ordered the bizness salad with brussel sprouts, roasted chicken and curried quinoa. I liked every element except for the brussel sprouts. They were both bitter and too hard to eat. The curried quinoa while dry had a good flavor. No complaints with the roasted chicken, it was how chicken should be. I was also surprised at how generous the portions were. Now after living in LV for 4 months Bronze Cafe is the restaurant I visit most frequently because of the fresh/high quality ingredients. Last time I visited, I tried one of their homemade desserts. I chose the peanut butter snickerdoodle cookie, it was hard as a rock and had more of a consistency to that of a shortbread cookie. I could barely make out any cinnamon sugar and the peanut butter was also an after thought.

Not sure what I can say about this place that hasn't already been said... I ordered the bizness, which is a kale salad that you can pick 3 accompaniments for- it was very flavorful. Husband had a sandwich on house made gluten free bread - super good! Loved the strawberry gluten free vegan cheesecake. Top 5 vegan friendly lunch places I've been to!

I wish I could give it 4.5 stars because that's what I want to give because I really liked this place. The food is interesting and their fruit juices hit the spot. The staff is overly friendly, which isn't a bad thing in the slightest. It's just a little expensive and not in the greatest area of town. BUT, the food is made up of really great quality vegetables, so the price point can be expected. If I'm in the area again, I'll surely be back.

They got some vegan foo so they getting all ma stars, all ma all ma stars...yeeeaaa boi, I'm talking seitan, and guacamole n mole sammich, and this pita thing called like the tree of life or something that's like going down on mother earth herself mmmm...oozing n everything. The coffee is mad strong so I had the jitters the first few times. I like the blueberry and banana nut vegan baked goods. Banana. Anana. Nana. Ana. Aaaaay.

This place was a really great find! It was inside a place called the center so don't go crazy trying to find a sign! They are a tad expensive but absolutely amazing. They have a 15 hour coffee drip! They have gluten free and vegan options. I had their watermelon juice and pineapple with chia. They were both great! Their cashew sauce was probably the most delicious vegan sauce I have had. Mmmmmm I will return there... And they have a help offer!

PROTIP: Check in on yelp for $1 off each sandwich or the Bizness meal (as of 3/9/2014)!! Located inside the Center on Maryland and Clark. Best spur-of-the-moment find ever! They offer scones, cheesecake, cookies, healthy bars, sandwiches, salads, smoothies, lattes, coffees, and quinoa sides. They have flavored agave packs here! Skinny tubes of it for less than $1. Very cool. Offers vegan, vegetarian, and meaty options. Now that's what I call: choices! NOTE: They do delivery here! $3 charge for orders less than $30. Free for over that price. Great idea for DTLV residents or for company lunches. Goodwich was closed by 3pm on sundays. Thought we could make it, but we were an hour late! Curse you daylight savings! But really, if we didn't forget, we would have not found this place sooner. I pulled up the yelp app looking for nearby eats and they directed me to the Bronze Café located in the Center. I did not expect this place to be so good! The guys working here were AWESOME. Love them. They made excellent recommendations. While we were waiting for our food, he gave us spoon samples of their chocolate cheesecake, strawberry, and pecan. Amazingly high-quality. Fresh. Housemade and NOT bought from a distributor. Bronze Café, for sure, is the real deal. We ordered the kale, banana, apple vegan smoothie. Yummy. Not bitter and the perfect amount of sweet! Refreshing for a perfect spring/summer day. Comes in two sizes. 14 oz. ($4-5ish) and 24 oz. ($5.75). Get the bigger size. So worth the health. There was extra smoothie in the blender so our server gave us the rest in another cup (See pic). Now that was really, really thoughtful. Seriously. It was a lot of juice! More than what I can say about Jamba Juice (you just know those jamba jerks have extra but won't give it to you!) To start we had the HUMMUS: chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, cumin, paprika, lemon juice. I could have sworn it had roasted red pepper too... Comes with warm pita. ($3.95) kinda small for the price but it's only $2.25 if you ordered a sandwich/salad. Great for a small lunch/snack size. Creamy, smooth, fresh. Ridiculously tastes like tacos to me. The spices they used and the freshness just got to me. I wish I bought a tub to take home. Waaayyy better than store-bought hummus. Must-try! My friend and I also ordered the Tree of Life (vegan) and I ordered the LGBTQ sandwich. Tree of Life sandwich ($9.95): roasted red peppers, avocado, mixed greens, tomato, housemade pickled onions, housemade vegan cashew creama, brazil nut crumbles, mango cilantro vinaigrette on a pita flatbread. Comes with a small side salad of mixed greens in the vinaigrette. LOVED this. The crunch of the nut went surprisingly well with the avocado and the veggies. What the heck. These guys know how pair flavors! Who knew vegan could taste so good. (They make sure to note that pita bread isn't vegan, but this was so good). LGBTQ sandwich ($9.95): housemade bacon jam, maple-glazed bacon, mixed greens, tomato, cucumber, basil aioli, lemon vinaigrette on ciabatta bread. Obviously not vegetarian. Comes with a small mixed green salad with vinaigrette as well. So freakin' bomb. The right amount of salty from the bacon without being overwhelming. Balanced out perfectly by the cucumber and tomato. Bacon was NOT greasy and complemented the veggies amazingly. And for Jesus's Chrysler sake, this has bacon jam in it. Bacon jam. I wanted to cry, confess, and break down in food-heaven convulsions right then and there. Going to try their scones next time. Reasonably priced and way better-looking than starbucks' overpriced frozen sweets. Ranges from $1.75-$4ish. Big portions for pastries/scones/bars. I think I found my new lunch spot. It's also a chill place to kick back and read a book or bring your laptop. I believe there is free wi-fi and a few outlets. There's a reason why this place has 5 stars and I can definitely see why. Checking out The Center was on my to-do list forever, and it's an absolute gem to find this awesome café here. Character, culture, and no gimmicks. The service, well-thought out fresh menu, and the options are fantastic. My favorite surprised find by far!! Next time you're in the area, you have to stop by here! One of the perfect places to grab lunch in DTLV.

I was in Vegas for a conference and couldn't leave the hotel, I decided to order take out from here and was super excited to eat such delicious looking meal. An hour into waiting I called they said they were on their way, 20 min after that, I called again and wanted my money back but then they told me that they were outside the hotel. I proceed to go downstairs and ask the front desk if there was anyone delivering food, they said no, I walked outside of the hotel and saw that no one was in sight. I called them again and asked them for my refund and they must have taken another 15 min to "process" that. I think they were trying to get the status of delivery in the meantime. Please also note that the hotel was 1.8 miles away from the restaurant. Never did see my dinner that night.

We had our Yelp Book Club meeting in the great room of the Center last night. This was my first time here and I needed my iPhone to guide me to the Center. I got a vanilla blended drink with a hot of espresso. Quite tasty and very refreshing. Had I looked at the menu more closely, I would have gotten an iced chai tea latte. Oh well, if I'm in the area for some reason, I'll stop and get one of the sandwiches people rave about and the chai tea. The Great Room was a good place for the book club discussion. Our number was small--2--but Paolo and I had a good chat about the book "Fresh Off the Boat." There are a good number of tables, the seating is quite comfortable, and it was a fairly quiet place until just before we left when there were a number of kids around and the computers behind us were all being used. It's a very busy place with a lot going on at the Center.

One of my favorite stops in Las Vegas. The cold pressed coffee and vegan treats are out of this world. My favorite is the Davids special or the trial vegucated sandwich. The lemon vin that puy on everything is insanely good.

The best lunch and YELP reviews did not disappoint! Why a gem of a place - their secret ingredient the lemon vinaigrette is to die for! I had the Good Earth Pita and it was perfection. My non vegan meat lover husband had the Complicated and was in heaven. My girlfriend has the CA Turkey and was pleasantly surprised and she lives here. She would've never known or come to the Bronze Cafe. The location is conspicuous which I love about it. Staff is so friendly and will answer any question you have including about the location . It is the best kept secret place here in Vegas! You will love it especially Vegans and Vegetarians and non vegans and non vegetarians - delicious enough to perhaps convince you to become vegetarian or vegan. Try the fresh fruit waters - very good! The ice coffee very special!!

Really nice place to hang out and enjoy a meal! It was pretty hard to find though, as it wasn't advertised anywhere outside the building its in. But other than that, it was a pretty good experience. My friend and I had trouble picking what to eat because everything looked pretty good. We ended up deciding on their special sandwich, the LGBTQ (to something close to that hah) and then had a quinoa pastry and an apricot-almond pastry and some coffees, and shared it all. Sandwich was delicious; we loved the bacon jam taste! Quinoa pastry was interesting, I mean, texture and taste I have never tried before, but something different! The apricot-almond pastry was very tasty! And coffees were good. We were sad we didn't try this chocolate-cononut pastry that we didn't see at first, so I guess that means we will have to go back!

Just stopped into this place on a whim and with the help of yelp. My boyfriend and I are so glad we did. We both had the complicated order sammich. It had avocado, turkey, maple glaze, bacon, tomato, cucumber and lettuce. It was amazing! Served with a small side salad with lemon vinaigrette. We also got the red pepper hummus to share. Everything was amazing. The service was fast and everyone was incredibly nice. I will definitely be coming back.

Why have I never Yelped about Bronze Cafe before? It's the perfect place to get a satisfying meal that you won't feel guilty about. Everything I've ever had here is amazing. My go-to is the Tree of Life pita. The menu isn't strictly vegan, but there are many Vegan delights...including from the expansive bakery case and smoothy menu. The staff behind the counter is great and the tables in the lobby of The Center are comfortable.

I have stopped by the Bronze Cafe a couple times and I have always had an amazing experience. The Tree of Life pita was delicious and filling. This place is truly a gem in Las Vegas. The espresso drinks are delicious and the beet salad was great. Everything I've tried at this cafe has been delicious. The customer service is also incredible. Everyone is really nice and very helpful. I will definitely be back and I recommend it to everyone. Delicious and fresh.

How I heard about Bronze Cafe: These very words were said to me many times during CrossFit class by a friend: "YOU GOTTA GO TO BRONZE CAFE KEV, YOU GOTTA GO! YOU'RE AN ELITE YELPER RIGHT?!" Ooo! I am indeed a Yelper and you're calling me out! I never took the time to drive myself out of the way to eat at a little cafe, but one day the opportunity came when I had to make a visit to the adult Disneyland, the DMV. Yelp said it was 1.2 miles way? HUH... LETS GO! I normally don't write reviews on first visits, but it was good... really good... seriously really good. I had the Tree of Life sandwich ($9.95) to go which is VEGAN, but a bite of that gyro sandwich MASTERPIECE had me considered a vegan lifestyle for a quick second. I don't know why its called Tree of Life, maybe because you feel completely transformed, like a born again virgin. The sandwich consisted of something like pickled onions, roasted red peppers, avocados, greens, tomatoes, and MAGIC. Sort of a tangent, but I took a bite of my TO GO sandwich in my car (bad habit) and was so amazed that I decided to eat the whole thing in my car, go back inside and grab a fork to finish the side salad, and was late for my class and quiz. Was it worth it? You bet. I am excited to come back and try the soup, salads, the BIZNESS, bars, pretty much everything. CHECK IN AND GET $1 OFF YOUR SANDWICH OR THE BIZNESS.

Friendly, personal service and unbeatably healthy, delicious foods. Coffee and Pastries too! I love the Canteloupe Tumeric Water. I never drink soda now! The Just Too Good For You smoothie is a meal replacement. The California Turkey is the best sandwich, in my thorough research. I will get the Complicated Order when I'm in the mood for some bacon. Ask for a free sample of the soup of the day, it's the best.

Four words: The Complicated Order Sandwich!!! Soooo good! It's basically the LGBTQ sandwich with sliced turkey and avocado. The maple glazed bacon jam is to die for. Delicious, flavorful and unique in a very good way. It's big enough to split with someone. Also got a green tea frappucino. It's not as sweet and flavorful as other places, but I'm assuming it's healthier. It was a bit frothy too. Lots of options to choose from including vegetarian, vegan, desserts and drinks. A little pricey, but worth it. Very difficult to find. It doesn't look like a restaurant from the outside. It's a LGBTQ center with lots of books, sitting area (inside and outside), computers, greeting cards for sale, flyers for events, all gender restroom, etc. and a deli inside. The staff were very friendly. They also have free drink samples (i.e. Honeydew Q-cumber and the slow drip, iced, double brewed coffee, etc.). Just ask. CHECK INTO YELP TO GET $1 OFF your sandwich order. Unfortunately I didn't remember until I had already paid. Doh!

Located in the LGBTQ center: there is an amazing variety of vegan and gluten free items! Oatmeal is amazing. Vegan matcha smoothie is delicious. All vegan baked goods are very good. Try the loving ms Virginia, it's a cookie baked in top of a brownie...yep you just read that. Highly recommended as a healthy alternative to Fremont street! Yelpers get 10% when checking in!!!!

Amazing vegan sandwiches, salads, soups and deserts. The coffee is some of the strongest I've had in my life! The people behind the counter are always fun and friendly. This place is the best!

I love to eat a vegan/vegetarian meal out. I have eaten at the Bronze Cafe twice and both times I ordered .THE BIZNESS Thinly chopped kale massaged with our house-made lemon vinaigrette and topped with roasted beet/corn/curried quinoa. Delicious! I am looking forward to trying their sandwiches, soups and sides. I will be back for more.

As a vegan who doesn't like going to the strip, it's not always easy to find places we can eat. When we ate here after getting our pictures done for NOH8, we were sold. This place is simply the best! The GuacaMole sandwich is the perfect mixture of goodness, and when you add the seitan, it's even better. I loved the lemon vinaigrette on the salad so much that I bought some to bring home, and the desserts.....so good! Throw in the wonderful relaxing, friendly atmosphere, and this place has become one of our family favorites. Getting there is easy, there is a large parking lot, and I can avoid the craziness of the strip. What's not to love!

I was craving the vegan roasted vegetable pita again...LOL! AND!!!!!!!!! I got my hug from Chef Peter! I got a soy blended green matcha which was AWESOME. Hubby had the Tree of Life which was super duper good. Chef let us try an array of raw "cheesecakes" and the strawberry one was my fav. Soooooooo good. We got a side of my fav golden beet quinoa salad. This food is amazing. GO THERE NOW :D

The cafe gave me flashbacks to my college days with all the books, couches, and computers. The cafe has many healthy options to chose from: salad, sandwiches, soups, deserts, and drinks. The staff was friendly and pleasant. I had a sandwich and green drink. I just wasn't blown away enough by either to justify the price. A sandwich for 10$ better be one of the best I've ever had. It was good, but not great.

I'm so grateful for yelp reviews because I would of never thought to try this place out. I ordered the (bizness salad) with quinoa, hummus, kale, Brussel sprouts and lemon dressing. I think it's one of the best salads I've ever had. The kale was amazing with the lemon dressing. I also got to try (the tree of life) which was also very flavorful. I love the vegan options. I will definitely come back again and try the rest of the menu! :)

I love this place! I work Downtown and this is now my favorite go-to lunch spot. The food is delicious and fresh. I highly recommend the California Turkey sandwich, Tree of Life and the Bizzness. My co-workers were hesitant to join me, as they thought Bronze Cafe wouldn't have anything for their carnivorous appetites, but the Miss Piggy proved them wrong! The Loving v. Virgina is a must for dessert, delicious warm chocolate chip cookie, nestled on top of a chewy brownie, Bloody Gorgous! Staff are lovely and very attentive.

I love this place! The Guac & Mole is so amazing, I've gotten multiple people hooked on it! The mole sauce is flavorful and the sandwich is huge. I love the raspberry dressing for the salad. It also helps that there's never a wait and the staff are super friendly (& knowledgable about vegan options).

Awesome health food spot. Pretty random location and easy to miss so keep your eyes peeled when getting close. My faves are the Tree of life and the complicated order. The beet salad was delish. I love the lemon vinaigrette for the mixed greens. Green tea cheesecake was really tasty. Give it a try if you're in the mood for something healthy.

Another life saver on our road trip west. At 6 months pregnant, my body definitively rejects any variety of fast food (trust me I've tried...projectile vomiting in the Rockies? Not so fun). So have used Yelp to try to find healthy alternatives across the country. Found Bronze Cafe online and have it a try - awesome food, awesome service, lived up to the Yelp acclaims. I got the Green Goddess sandwich, and have to agree the fresh soft bread makes this sandwich. Delicious and love the salad with it with tangy lemony dressing. My husband got The Bizness David's Version and raved about it. It is possible to eat healthy and enjoy it if all the food tastes like this! Shout out to the super friendly staff who made us feel so welcome and we waited maybe five minutes for our food at 1:30 on a Thursday so waiting not an issue. Thank you Bronze for giving us a healthy alternative to Fast Food Nation!!

We found Bronze Cafe in one of the gay magazines in Las Vegas and wanted to be supportive. The staff is very friendly and helpful. He was very patient will I was trying to make my selection. I settled on a curried quinoa salad and while it was flavorful it was dry as dust. Just a suggestion: this one would be excellent if it was a little moist and easy to swallow. The Bronze Cafe is nestled in the center of the LGBTQ center here and I'm always wiling to offer my support. It just wasn't the stellar experience I was expecting. I'm just very happy to know that Nevada is more blue than red and we can probably thank Las Vegas for that.

I have never been to The Center, and I wish I had had the time to look around a little more. The lobby area - where you will find the Bronze Cafe - has the feel of an open library, with some computers available for use against one wall, and book shelves along a longer curved wall. I really liked the atmosphere, it made me feel like I was a little bit more cool just for having been there. The counter guy was super friendly, and offered us a sample of their lentil soup with veggies. It was very flavorful, and actually light & refreshing, which is quite an accomplishment for a bean soup. I really like roasted veggies, so I ordered The Good Earth, and I also got an ice-brewed coffee. The sandwich had lettuce, tomato, roasted? mushrooms, roasted eggplant, alfalfa sprouts, an orange dressing of some kind, sunflower seeds, and what tasted like candied walnuts. I love eggplant, but it really wan't cooked well enough. Cooked eggplant is kind of mushy (and delicious!), but this was still pretty firm & spongy, like it was pretty raw. All the other ingredients were fantastic, and even the candied walnuts went surprisingly well with the other ingredients. But for a roasted veggie sandwich, I also would have liked to see something other than just the eggplant & possibly mushrooms. (I am not sure if the mushrooms were actually roasted. I have not heard of such a thing, but otherwise the eggplant would have been the only roasted veggie.) The pita bread was delicious. My friend had the Tree of Life, and she thought it was awesome. I can't really judge the ice-brewed coffee, as I have never had it before. I had heard it was much less bitter than heat-brewed coffee and so I really wanted to try it. But it pretty much just tasted like iced coffee but not as watered down. It could be the most phenomenal ice-brewed coffee ever, but it was my first taste so I can't compare it. Personally, I will stick with regular coffee in the future. Weird, right? I didn't like my sandwich or my drink, but I still gave it four stars. I liked the atmosphere and the service, and I just feel like I happened to order the wrong thing for me. I feel confident the next visit will be a five-star experience. Finding it: as you drive south on Maryland (one way in this area), The Center is on your left immediately after Lewis Ave. Just turn into the first parking lot you can.

The guy (cashier)who helped us was awesome. We tried the vegan chili. Yummy. The tree of life pita...oh my. So good. My brother who is not vegan loved it. I got all kinds of bake goods too. All of them good. I recommend the brownie chocolate chip cookie. Everything was awesome. Definitely coming back. :) Thank you to the cashier guy who was wonderful. :)

In fairness, Ive only had take out and deliver. The food is delicious, but it is not cheap for delivery. The food is always fresh, and good. But the charge is a lot. You would have to decide if it is worth what they're giving. I like it, Im going back and ordering again. Ill have to try the sit down sometimes.

Such a nice place in Vegas! We had the Life Of Tree sandwich and the Bizness salad, they tasted amazing and in pretty good portion. The staffs here are very friendly and adorable! Adorable in an innocent way. :) we love them and love the foods and the idea of this cafe. Would come back again and again if we come to Vegas!

I was invited here by a co-worker that had gotten this place as a recommendation from our boss. I was certainly a little confused when I pulled into what looked to be a community center, which it is! Very cool. I loved the setting. Not necessarily the best place to study (judging by the book shelves, it looks like some people do), but a great place to have a meal and a chat. I had a salad (tried to look up the name, but it looks like they've changed their menu since I've been there). I remember it being fantastic. Dressing was on point!!! The staff really stood out. They were so incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the food they served. They even came out intermittently to let us try some samples and really took our feedback to heart.

I'm sososo sad I live so far from this place, their food is so great i'm still grieving over the fact i can only eat here when I go to vegas its just that damn good! I came here not once but three times during my week in vegas and the food, the service and the facility itself was AMAZING each time. Its located within the LGBTQ center in downtown vegas and the center itself is really impressive, it's a huge resource center for the community providing a safe space to hang out, access books, computers and a gender neutral bathroom. THE FOOD THOUGH. I got to try the tree of life pita and the bizness with the seitan, curried quinoa and brussel sprouts. And both are huge AND SO GOOD! Like you will be ridiculously full and satisfied. This was not sad/bland vegan food: everything was super fresh and well prepared with generous servings and bursting with tons of flavor. My boyfriend who is a meat lovin' meativore actually ordered the tree of life the second time we came in because it was that tasty! He did also love the The Complicated Order with all of its bacon jam glory though! Other must-gets are their smoothies like the vegan real results fitness blended. Their iced coffee is not to be missed! They slow drip that stuff for over 10 hours and its one of the most smoothest tasting iced coffees ive had. No acidity or bitterness whatsoever, i dont ever usually get coffee without adding soy milk or something but i drank this straight AND IT WAS AMAZING. On top of their amazing food, the service is wonderful. Every person working there that i spoke to were super friendly, prompt and helpful. They even brought my food out to me every time and had everything neatly and perfectly packed. Basically if you want seriously good both vegan and non vegan food that wont make you feel like crap and wish to have amazing service THEN GO HERE. I would trade all of the pretentious and overpriced vegan cafes in LA for a single Bronze Cafe.

They initially messed up on my order but their customer service was beyond my expectations. This time they didn't over promise but over delivered. Thank you to the entire Bronze Cafe staff members. You guys were awesome and we will continue to use you guys for our show deliveries :) Did I mention their food is absolutely amazing? Salads were great. Sandwiches were bomb. And the smoothies, wow, I'm still thinking about at 12:49am. Thanks for the great service and food.

Hidden gem! You wouldn't find this place if you weren't looking for it (it's inside The Center--dont let that deter you!), and it is all sorts of awesome! The samdwiches were very filling -- the Tree of Life pita was delicious (roasted red peppers, avocado, cashew cream, greens) and the BF loved the Complicated sandwich (bacon jam, turkey). Their dirty chai hit the spot and they have yummy looking baked goods. So lots of healthy and less-than-healthy options ;) Will definitely go back if I'm in the area!

Best kept secret downtown!! Great variety for vegans, vegetarians, and meat eaters. This is where the people who own the joint really make friends and will come to know your name! I love it and I try to find a way to get down here at least once or twice a week!

I have not found anywhere in Las Vegas that has service this friendly, with healthy delicious food. I live in the Southwest and any time I'm even remotely close to the Bronze Cafe I make sure to stop by. I love their healthy smoothies, I love Vegan cheesecake (I can't believe it's Vegan!!!), and honestly have never disliked anything I've ever tried there. Now that I'm going Vegetarian (and can no longer eat the LGBTQ :( ) I will be sure to frequent there more often so I can continue eating delicious food (I've found so far that many other places in town don't have tasty vegetarian food). I love the food so much I'm even planning on having them cater my wedding!!!

I got The What What sandwich and not only was it tasty everything was also fresh, the ciabata bread was soft and crunchy on the outside. I also got the pineapple with chia fruit juice and it was really refreshing. To top it all off the customer service was excellent they are friendly, cheerful, and welcoming. A place to come to since the place has a great atmosphere. I plan to go again for lunch since I am in the area for a training seminar. Thank you everyone for the reviews since I got to find this hidden gem.

The Tree of Life Pita Sandwich is one of the best Vegan sandwiches I have ever had! The Bronze Cafe is sandwich & coffee cafe located in The LGBTQ Center. I don't fall into any of those categories, but completely enjoyed my time at The Center and at the Bronze Cafe. The staff is delightfully warm, welcoming and helpful. The Pita sandwich I enjoyed comes with roasted red peppers, avocado, mixed greens, tomato, housemade pickled onions, housemade vegan cashew "crema", brazil nut crumble, sunflower seeds, mango cilantro ginger vinaigrette and is served on Pita Flatbread. The housemade items are amazing!...I loved the pickled onions, cashew crema and the vinaigrette. The sandwich also had a nice crunch to it. I tried a couple of their sides, the quinoa and baba ganoush were both solid. I also heard lots of great comments about their baked goods from others. Don't come here looking for a sit-down restaurant...or patio cafe downtown. But if you're in the area it is worth stopping in just to eat. ps Check out the bathroom while you're here. I have huge issues with so many of the dichotomies we uphold in our society... the bathroom here is practical and a step in the right direction (in my humble opinion.)

Excellent customer service and the food was wonderful! I got the Green Goddess Chicken Salad sandwich, and it was delicious. We also had the Tree of Life pita sandwich, which is a vegan option. It was amaze balls. Pro tip... Try the cold brew coffee.

Incredible staff.. Helped in ordering. The food was amazing and at first I had to make sure I was not eating real bacon. The sides were good but the Brussels sprouts were a bit hard , under cooked but the flavor was tasty. A bit hard to get for tourists. We had to walk 6 blocks to get to a taxi.

Came here for the first time with my friend who'd been raving about it for weeks. The staff are really charming & helpful. I got the Tree of Life pita which was really flavorful and the pita bread was amazing. The vegan Coconut Almond smoothie is tasty and hydrating. This is another one of those places that make being vegan easy. Oh and we sang & played the Cups song with one of the staff workers!

This is a gem that we found by searching for "vegan" food. I am not vegan but I was feeling like I could not stomach another Las Vegas buffet. I was not expecting to have the best bacon sandwich of my life. The folds that took my order talked me into a "full order" sandwich. A mix of both worlds.

I cant justify giving this place any less than 5 stars. The service was amazing. The food was some of the best that I have ever had. And the bathrooms are awesome! Every place needs bathrooms like this. Also the juices are very refreshing and super yummy. Our server let us try different deserts before we bought one. He noticed my girlfriend was a teacher and even gave us the discount after we got our food. If you are in the area you must go here. It is the best cafe in Vegas.

I'm so glad I came here. The food is good nevertheless can be a bit salty*. The bizzness, the good earth pita, and soup of the day are good. The hummus with pita bread and the strawberry cheese cake are excellent. I will definitely return to Bronze Café while visiting Vegas. Interesting place. Costumer Service is great!!! :-)

What a treat to find somewhere to get my green smoothie fix! Super friendly and helpful staff. A welcome change of pace from the normal food offerings of vegas. I got the real results fitness smoothie and added kale it did not disappoint and tasted like a peanut butter cup! Yummy! I hope this isn't my last time at Bronze Cafe but good thing they deliver to my hotel.

Not sure what the fuss is all about. I came here with high expectations seeing that this place had a 5 star rating at the time. When I got in the cafe is pretty small but the workers were really friendly immediately offering a small sample of their soup of the day which happened to be coconut curry. The sample was okay but instead we ended up ordering their top most popular sandwich: the tree of life pita, California turkey, and the Apple kale and banana smoothie. Both the sandwiches comes out freshly made but Flavors cut short, it just didn't impress me. It literally tastes like the exact same roasted bell pepper sandwich I make at home, so to come here without feeling any sense of awe or amazement just fell extremely short of expectations. The sandwich is vegan and all you can really taste is sour and bell peppers. The salad dressing they use is a bit on the overly sour side, and I couldn't really taste any of the other dressing they put on it sadly. Another note that depressed me a little was the extremely thin to almost nonexistent avocado on the sandwich, I didn't even notice the pita had avocados when I bit into it which is sad because I am a huge avocado lover and it was the main reason I ordered the tree of life pita.. I mean when I see their yelp score I think to myself, there are plenty of places that are better than here and don't have 5 star ratings on yelp. Don't get me wrong, this place isn't disgusting at all, it just doesn't deserve a perfect score though In my opinion. 10$ for is a kinda pricy for a tiny pita or sandwich that I can make at home for almost nothing and pack it with more than just 3 tiny avocado slices that are paper thin. I give this place 1 star on my review, only for spotty service. The food here is just very plain in my opinion, and I'm not at all impressive, location is extremely small and nothing to be amazed at (about the size of my desk). I would of been more happier spending the same amount at skinny fats for their kale smoothies or sandwiches. I really do want to give this place 5 stars but sorry to disappoint, bronze cafe just simply doesn't get the gold in my heart.

Couldn't pick a better time to begin yelping! The food here is nothing short of excellent and along with impeccable service I think I'll be eating here weekly. Healthy infused fruit drinks give me that second boost when I'm off to job #2. Every meal is made to perfection, from the oven crispy bun to the mixed greens and everything in between is simply awesomeness and deliciousness forcing your taste-buds to explode in pure ecstasy. Today was my second visit to Bronze Cafe at The Center. My first trip was during a Las Vegan Eatz Dinner club event, where I (along w/ about 40 other people) enjoyed tastings of EVERY SINGLE VEGAN ITEM ON THE MENU! I was thoroughly impressed! While I'm a fan of chick'n & "beef" - I do also enjoy when a chef can create fabulously fulfilling delightful and flavorful food - without any of the "fake" items. I've been meaning to go back (like every day since) but the location is a bit outside of my normal travels. Today at work, it was "fried food" day at our company cafeteria/dining room. I was craving something not so terrible for my diet - I wanted something FEEL GOOD. So I decided to make the drive over to Bronze Cafe. It was busy, but not overwhelming. Seating inside is limited so I took my order to go and ate at the picnic tables outside. I decided to order my favorite sandwich from my previous tasting event - which was the Guac & Mole. People rave about it - so I just had to try it. (PS Paul Graham from Eating Vegan in Vegas did a fantastic review on the joint (and this sandwich) - eatingveganinvegas.tumbl… ) The Guac & Mole is a vegan sandwich on perfectly baked ciabatta bread (if they don't bake this stuff in house - I want to know where they get it! - filled with avocado, alfalfa sprouts, shredded carrots, cucumber, lemon vinaigrette, vegan mole, and house made vegan ranch. I realized about half way through the sandwich that I was actually smiling while eating my meal - there you have it, my mouth was happy! I also took two of their 'bars' to go (but quickly devoured them when I returned to my desk). I chose the Vegan Almond Apricot Bar (crunchy, chewy, soft, gooey - all of those good things, all rolled into one!) and the Vegan Blueberry Bar (think blueberry muffin, but not greasy w/ a nice crisp top. What's also great about this place is they also have plenty of non-vegan options for your meat eating friends! FIVE STARS! Fresh food, high quality products, unique offerings, and fast service! I plan to return again and again and again and again.....

I don't think I could of had a better experience at this little cafe. I did circle around the building a few times before realizing it was in the building, but I'd circle around 10 more times so long as it meant eating the chicken salad sandwich I had. The staff was super friendly, with a face like the one that greeted me how could you not leave a place happier walking out than when you walked in? 10/10, that was the best chicken salad sandwich I have ever had. The menu states that there are apples in there, but do not let that steer you away from this sandwich if you are the kind of person that does not like fruit with your chicken. Because, let me tell you, they make apples and chicken go together like peanut butter and jelly.

Found this cafe through a co-worker (shout out to Kendall) which is a little hard to spot at first since its inside "The Center" and it has not indications that there is a café inside the building. I saw people coming out the building with brown bag's so I assumed there was a café inside. Upon walking in, I was courtesy greeted and ordered a vegan Tree of Life since it was the most popular which was great when your looking for a healthy option. The order took a about 15 minutes to get out to me, and they gave me a free chia blueberry pudding for the inconvenience. On my second trip I ordered my boss, my co-workers various food from there, and have to say that I will be going back until I try out the entire menu!

I'd love to write a review about how awesome their food is, but I never got to try it. I ordered food online from them at 3:30. Checked in with the restaurant at 4:40, said the food was on it's way. Called back at 5:05, driver just left. Called at 5:45, they lost the order, had to make a new one and didn't have half the salads available anymore that we placed. They offered us a measly $8 off our bill. I cancelled the order. I'm sure the food is good but I don't suggest ordering online from them.

Great lunch place. Can't stop. Been here once weekly since I went the first time. Love the tree of life sandwich. And everyone I've brought loves it too. The staff is super friendly and make you feel at ease and help with everything they possibly can! Don't forget to sample their flavored waters! A great energy and a nice building!

This is honestly my favorite place to go to. For starters the staff are always very friendly and responsive. The vegetarian/vegan options are fantastic, you can order any thing on the menu and feel like you're eating healthy. From a veggie lover's perspective, this place is awesome! They aren't skimpy on their serving sizes either! I recommend this place to anyone who loves healthy and fresh food without sacrificing taste!

The Bronze Cafe is definitely worth a visit. There isn't a big sign for the cafe so we drove past it but once we found the Center it was located right by the door. The menu is mostly vegan, but there are items that include chicken and turkey. We tried the Guac & Mole sand which, which they were kind enough to offer to split into two plates, and the sandwich came with a salad. Half a sandwich plus the salad were plenty for me. The lemon vinagrette was a very nice touch and the sandwich was delicious. I also ordered the Raw Vegan Superfood blender. You can have either have it with cacao powder or matcha green tea but they suggested the cacao since it was my first time. It was freaking delicious. Perfect blend of banana, almond milk, and avocado. Loved it. I couldn't leave without trying a cheese cake so I also bought the banana split cheese cake. I loved that as well. This place was pretty good, the prices are affordable and the staff was super friendly. I'm a fan.

We wanted a light lunch near downtown and this is what we found... It was good, very tasty chicken Caesar salad and hubby had tree of life pita that cashier said was too favorite. Could tell very fresh ingredients were used and if you are vegan or want gluten free items this is your place. Address easy to find but didn't realize this was inside a building and could not see any signage for it.

Wow. Could we order any more. :) the manager David was fantastic explaining the menu having us sample the cheesecake and the soup. So fantastic we the four of us ordered. One pita, two sandwiches, one giant salad, three soups, one iced coffee, two hot coffees, 2 scones, one piece of cheese cake, peanut butter cookies, lemon square, 4 chocolate Brownie cookie combos. Everything he described we ordered on left with. All of which are homemade by Chef. Salad and sandwiches made fresh to order. We loved the vegan vegaterian and regular food options making it a awesome place for meat eaters and veg heads to enjoy an awesome dinner with no stress to either party. All of us loved our meals, my salad was so large that I could only finish half, but I was happy to take the rest home for later. Portion sizing was amazing, large large sizes. A sandwich could definitely be split between two. price was great. My salad made for two was 9.99 Location: tucked away in a youth Centre, near a seven 11. A small sign out side let's you know your at the right place. Inside it's like a library meets café. Nothing fancy. But once you are eating all cares of location go out the window. Parking is ample and free! We will return and look forward to more locations as they look to explain. The 5 star review and the already 150plus reviews are no joke and the Cafe lives up to the five star standard. Very excited to eat our bakers box of vegaterian and vegan goodies when we get home.

OK, I get what all the hype is about. I really enjoyed my lunch, everyone was very friendly. It is so nice to just have what seems like a healthy meal option that is well made and perfectly seasoned. I will have to try some of the other options.

Amazing and delicious food! Definitely coming back! There are some other places that serve vegan in the area, but this is by far the best and tastiest! The interior is inviting and very open!

OMG. The LGBTQ Sandwich is seriously the BEST sandwich I have had anywere. I mean, it beats out Mendocino Farms sandwiches in Los Angeles. I am not kidding. Seriously. the best. And you can use a bank of free computers while you wait. Who knew. Yes, please . Win and win.

After mentally bookmarking this place for several months, it pains me to say we were rather disappointed after making the trek over here today. We were promptly and happily greeted by staff upon entering. It must've been obvious it was our first time (I'm sure the long pondering period and questioning glances to each other had something to do with it) and we were graciously extended help with choosing what to order which was appreciated. I went with the "Complicated Order" and my boyfriend chose the "Guac and Mole." We also ordered a 16oz cantaloupe/chia seed juice and a Ghirardelli mocha. We were brought these beverages first, and immediately we questioned why the cantaloupe juice was a huge 24oz. We didn't order that size. Were we unknowingly charged for that size? Did they run out of 16oz? Who knows. I already paid. And tipped, for that matter. A little too embarrassing to squabble over after the fact. Over 10 minutes later our sandwiches were brought to us. Seems like a little long to put two sandwiches together, but maybe that's just me. Even more annoying that once our food was set down and repeated to us, both my boyfriend and our server realized they'd gotten my boyfriend's order wrong. The sandwich was yanked away and we were left to share my own as we were both too ravenous to wait any longer. By the time his sandwich was corrected and brought to us some 10 additional minutes later, he'd already finished the other half of my own. We were given a simple "Sorry for the wait." No compensatory anything was given as retribution for putting a damper on lunch. Mind you, $40 later. Not a good first impression left. What peeves me the most about this entire experience is the fact I tipped these people 20% prior to even receiving our food. Completely undeserved. Nobody's fault but my own, but definitely a learning experience going forward. We're no vegans or vegetarians, but we still appreciated the high quality of the food we received. It just wasn't good enough for us to go out of the way coming back here.

Nestled inside The Center, which serves the LGBTQ community here in Vegas, is this gem of a restaurant, which serves everyone a healthy and tasty meal. We stopped in for a bite this afternoon, and I left feeling full and refreshed. My husband ordered the LGBTQ sandwich, which is one of the best sandwiches I have ever eaten. LEMON vinaigrette, mixed GREENS, BACON jam, TOMATO, and Q-CUMBER on ciabatta. You can't go wrong with that! I would have ordered the same thing (and I will next time I go), but I wanted to try something else, so I ordered the The Bizness, which is a kale salad topped with your choice of three items. I got the brussel sprouts, beet/quinoa, and spiced chickpeas. This was one tasty salad, don't get me wrong, but after having a bite of the LGBTQ, all I could do was stare longingly at it while I munched on my veggies. Each of our choices was $9.95, which seems a little pricey for my salad but is a steal for the LGBTQ. We'll be back!

I had a boxed lunch there yesterday (guac & mole sandwich with small side salad) and a side dish that I don't recognize on the menu that is posted on grubhub. I think it had kale, chickpeas, toasted almonds, some granola, I think, and a delicious dressing, maybe more ingredients. It was really tasty. There was nothing special about the hummus or pita chips other than I think they made the pita chips themselves, but the flavors in the sandwich and side salad were wonderful. I'll qualify my review by saying I don't eat lunch out much, so there might be other excellent places out there, but my boxed lunch yesterday was the best I have had in Vegas and very comparable to the delicious boxed lunches I used to get occasionally at meetings in Denver that were catered by Udi's, for anyone who is familiar with them.

Never been to the center but found it pretty cozy!! This was my fist time and the girl who took my order was very helpful and had a few samples!! I ordered the what what and my cousin the tree of life. The lemon vinegar eye is yummy!! The sandwich was very good and cousin loveed the tree of Life (vegan). She even said this was her new favorite place.. Snicker doodle peanut butter cookie was amazing!!

This weekend my husband and I were pleasantly surprised to come across the Bronze Cafe!! As we stood trying to decide what to order, out came Howard. Howard was seemingly able to read our tastes immediately. He recommended the pineapple mint chia drink for my hubby and I had the watermelon chia, BOTH ARE AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS! I then ordered the tree of life sandwich that he suggested. It came with a side salad of mixed greens caressed in a delicious lemon vinaigrette! The Bronze Cafe is my new desert oasis.Howard you are my new best friend!! Thank you for the great cafe experience.

Since my first time here, I've returned 4 times in a time span of 1 week... I just can't get enough. Located at the center, this place offers a great selection. My personal favorite is "the bizzness" with chickpeas, curried quinoa, and beet salad. You get the option of choosing any three of their sides. Their brussel sprouts are good too. Whether you choose from their mole sandwich, good earth, green goddess, or LGBTQ, you won't be disappointed. Don't skip out on dessert. Get their peanut butter snickerdoodle cookie and warm it up. You won't be disappointed. Friendly staff and great area to sit down and get some work done.

This place is great. The staff is very friendly and kind. The atmosphere was nice and quite with some books to read and there were some computer to use. We ordered the Miss Piggy and hummus with pita. The sandwich was amazing and tasty. All the flavors complimented each other. The humus came with pita that was warm and was delicious. I will definatley come back again!

I've been getting Bronze Cafe for a while now because they deliver and have excellent sandwiches. But lately they've been messing up on my orders. Today I ordered and PAYED for a large green tea smoothie. I, instead got a small, melted and unblended green tea drink. Hoping in the future this will no longer happen!

I am teetering between 4 and 5 stars on the Bronze Cafe. My friend and I came with our 3 kiddies after a visit to the Discovery Children's Museum on Friday since we were in the neighborhood and everyone I know has been raving about The Tree of Life! The people that work here are SO friendly and fantastic. I ordered hummus with a side of pita, the soup of the day (vegetable), and the tree of life. The gentleman who I paid with gave me a 5% student discount on top of my Yelp check-in. Lunch here was very fairly priced and with exceptional service. They have 2 tables seated outside if you want to dine al-fresco, which we opted for, and an employee helped me carry my food out because my life is always a handful. The hummus was so fresh and tasty! You can tell it wasn't packaged and sitting there for days. The pita was very soft, and my daughter was so happy because hummus is one of her favorite foods. She also enjoyed the soup which had a plethora of various veggies (zucchini, yellow squash, tomatoes, carrots, hominy) and a very light broth that tasted like a bunch of boiled down veggies. It made me feel good finding such a healthy lunch option for her on the go. Lastly, I was able to eat my pita and boy was it delicious! I don't know what about it makes it so good (I think it's the sauce), but I want to come here after every visit to the museum and feast my face on this tree of life. It was packed full of veggies, roasted veggies, greens, avocado, and some hummus that I threw on there. I don't know if I'll be able to stray away to try the bizness but everyone knows of my love for kale. So why the 1 star removed? Well, I am a parent, and kind of prude. I love the LGBTQ community, but I didn't realize how different things would be when I came with kids. First of all, at the entrance is a bowl at the help desk. I was going to grab a mint, until I realized they were condoms. Then, when I took my daughter to the restroom, there were two other guys in there. My daughter was puzzled like "why are there men in the bathroom?" It was just a little strange to see men in our little sacred ground of a restroom. Lastly, there's a library here, and my daughter LOVES books so she runs over and grabs some books while I am ordering and paying. Yes, I know that I should have been watching her more carefully, but since we are at least once a week library frequenters, I figured she would be fine. When I'm done ordering, I walk over to her and her friends, and I notice that it's a LGBTQ library. Some of the books have photos on the front that are not appropriate for little children. Several have textual content that is definitely not appropriate for children (luckily none of them can read, they're 4 and under). After I noticed this, I told them they couldn't get any more books. When I talked another friend of mine who recommended this place to me, I told her what had happened and she was shocked, because her kids have also grabbed books to look at while waiting. Therefore, to parents, watch your children. I will definitely be back to try more delicious food and keep a closer eye on my children.

This place was a pleasant surprise. The boyfriend and I made our way here to grab some coffee and was immediately greeted by one of the owners, David -- very friendly and informative on the menu, even giving us a taste sample of the vegan cheesecake flavors that they offer (my fave was the mango and the chai, by the way). The executive chef and co-owner, Peter, is also an absolute sweetheart! The boyfriend and I couldn't decide on a blended drink. It was a toss-up between the chocolate blended or the chai blended and Chef Peter accommodated my request in making a blended mix of both! Super yum! Oh but the most surprising thing was their LGBTQ sandwich, which is probably the only non-vegan item on the menu because it was a bacon sandwich with bacon jam, accompanied with a fresh lemon side salad. My taste buds were dancing when I had this sandwich. It may be on the pricey side but it's completely worth it. Also, if you check in on yelp, they have some discounts available, as well as on their page on Facebook. One last surprise was their "Tree of Life" sandwich. I'm not really a vegetable eater but we gave it a shot because it's their most popular one. I loved all the flavors and I totally forgot that everything I was eating was healthy and vegetable-y! I cannot wait until they have their own place, because right now, they are currently set up inside the LGBTQ center in downtown Las Vegas, and most importantly, I can't wait until they make their way to California!

Tree of Life pita was delicious! Such a unique menu and friendly staff/patrons. I am addicted and will be back ASAP! I received a discount on my pita because of the time of day I went..I believe it was around 7 pm, so I received $2 off. The mini beet salad is quite tasty as well. Vegan cookies/cakes taste better than 'normal' cookies/cakes, try them! You won't be disappointed. *They also use square. This is great because at the bottom of your emailed receipt is a punch card that keeps track of your purchases!

I have yet to have a bad experience at this cafe and I pray I never do. I love the Tree of Life pita and the cheesecakes are to die for. I enjoy coming here to eat because it is delicious but I'm not sacrificing my health on an indulgence. The staff is friendly and the first time I went in they took the time to explain the menu and help me find something I would enjoy. I would highly recommend The Bronze Cafe to anybody

My review for this place is way overdue, but I've had quite the love affair with Bronze Cafe. I was working in downtown Vegas for a 3-month project, and Bronze Cafe happened to be close by and had delivery service. I chose this place on a whim my first week there, and ended up getting it for lunch at least twice a week, every week for the duration of the project. YES, it was THAT good. And being the insatiable, variety-loving foodie that I am, I ended up cheating on the Bronze every so often and trying other lunch places nearby.... but none of them made me feel the way the Bronze did -- giddy, warm, happy, cared for, so I always came crawling back. Maybe it's the way they carefully assembled the salads and sandwiches like the pieces of culinary art that they were. Or maybe it's the love and care they put into their freakishly delicious vegan baked treats. Whatever the "it" factors were, they got me hooked and begging for more each week. It's with some sadness and nostalgia that I write this review now, sitting some 500-plus miles away, fondly reminiscing over the great times we had together. ANYWAY, I may never get over you, Bronze, but I think listing some of your great qualities to the world so that others may be able to love in the same ways that I love you will help give me some closure. So here it goes: FOOD: In one plain word.... Uhhhh-mazing. The breads for their sandwiches are always the perfect balance of fluffy and crunchy, the dressings are unique and always drizzled to the right amount, and I haven't had a single thing that I didn't like. My favorites are: - The Bizness: Massaged kale salad base, with up to 3 added sides; the best ones are the spiced/curried chickpeas, beet & quinoa salad, and roasted brussels sprouts (with some sort of crack-laden sauce that has me licking my fingers and utensils every time). You can also add chicken! - The Complicated Order: Trust me when I say that everything about this sandwich is a win, from the turkey to the bacon/bacon jam to even the Qcumbers (cucumbers)! - Tree of Life pita: Breathes new life into me every time, with that amazingly soft and fluffy pita and roasted red peppers. - Banana boy bait: Some of the best banana bread you'll ever have - Strawberry jam cookie: Oh.... be still, my heart! The perfect combination of chewy and crumbly shortbread and rich strawberry jam - Peanut butter snickerdoodle cookie: I'm a sucker for nut butter, and this cookie only worsens my addiction. It's super crumbly and delicious! SERVICE: People are always sweet, friendly, and helpful. Plus, if you come in a lot (or call in a lot, like me, to the point where they start recognizing your voice....) they will show you little tokens of their appreciation for your loyalty! AMBIANCE: Vibrant, warm, and colorful. They're located in an LGBT center and the cafe is really cute, with a colorful dining area surrounded by shelves of eclectic books. Both my vegan and non-vegan friends also enjoyed this place! Till we meet again, Bronze!

Definitely some of the best sandwiches I've ever had in my life. I always look up to gay people when it comes to things artistic. I'll definitely be adding food to that list. Get any sandwich with avocado in it, shit is on point. 5 Star Stunna!!!!!

This place is like The Beat coffeehouse downtown...if The Beat weren't trying so hard to be hip, and had better food. Don't get me wrong, I appreciate the Beat for what it is...but I like this place a million times better! BONUS: there's a sizeable FREE parking lot out front, which you will not find anywhere within a 10-mile radius of the Beat (unless you count the poor El Cortez, which isn't always free). Here, you'll find REALLY good, healthy foodie-food in a solidly unpretentious atmosphere (and a solidly unpretentious neighborhood). The staff are generous to a fault, and will let you try samples of just about everything on the menu. I've eaten here a few times, and it has always been exceptional. Sandwiches, salads, sides, pastries and desserts...plus lots of fruit juices and a full coffee and espresso bar. The restrooms are clean (unisex--beware), the parking is ample, and there's a bike rack out front. There's also an onsite internet cafe, reading library, and general chill-out space. It's sort of like a cross between your local library and a non-annoying independent coffehouse. Look at the other reviews here -- all 5-star! That should tell you something...this place rocks!

I haven't actually been inside this place, but have ordered delivery from them a few times. The food is always fresh and delicious. I love their Chicken Caesar salad, they even give you like delicious homemade croutons. Their Blended Chai or Blended Dirty Bird drinks are also my favorite things ever. Their sandwiches and other salads are great too. They are super nice and make ordering on the phone so easy. If you're like me and hate calling places to order food like me, you'll be like wow I love them. Also they always show up to the office with our food super fast. Definitely my favorite place to order lunch from.

Wow! My first experience at the cafe was back in November of 2014. I wanted to write a review then, but failed miserably due to 'out of sight out mind' syndrome... I am writing now because I will be back in Vegas in a few weeks and very eager to head back. The atmosphere and food are incredible! If you're expecting a 5 star culinary and service experience you're in luck! If you're expecting 5 star dining experience (i.e. linens, china, and metal forks) you will not experience that. However, that is the charm! You are eating extremely wonderful culinary cafe masterpieces on paper plates using plastic ware sitting on folding chairs [at the time] in the open layout lobby and library of one of the most welcoming community atmospheres I have ever experienced! If you are planning a trip to Vegas and looking for a beyond delightful, borderline blissful, palatable experience you must make the very small effort it takes to get there. If you are local to the area and haven't eaten there yet, what are you waiting for?!

My husband and I visit Bronze Cafe at least once a week. My very favorite thing they have there is the LGBTQ Sandwich (house made bacon JAM!!!, maple-glazed bacon, mixed greens, tomato, cucumber, basil aioli, lemon vinaigrette, ciabatta). My husband's favorite sandwich is the Green Goddess Chicken Salad Sandwich (house made chicken salad with diced apples, mixed greens, tomato, red onion, basil aioli, lemon vinaigrette, ciabatta). Both are absolutely amazing! Lately, we've both been getting the Bacon Chicken Chop Chop Salad (Gluten Free, Romaine lettuce, chicken, bacon, tomato, cucumber, house made buttermilk ranch dressing)! It is also wonderful. No matter what we have to eat, we always get a couple of Vegan Kale Apple Banana Blended smoothies (Gluten free, vegan. Kale, banana, apple, house made vanilla almond milk). Perfect beverage/dessert to cap off our always perfect meals!

They offer GF, Veg, Vegan, Healthy and homemade.. try a sandwich or make a sandwich into a salad.. the "bizzness" is YUMMY and the vegan "cheescakes" are to die for! Make sure you try this little cafe' that will surely become your favorite place too!

Move over Red Velvet, because the Bronze Cafe is serving up gold! The day before Mothers Day, they offered a free drink to all mothers, a promotion I learned about via facebook. This very sweet gesture brought me in to sample their creative cafe cuisine, as well. My Tree of Life pita was packed full of flavor. I usually believe any sandwich needs cheese, but I did not feel like this pita was missing anything! For $9.95, it was large and filling, and seemed to be made up of quality ingredients. I'm tempted to add on some marinated seitan next time for an additional $2.95. Healthy side salads are only $1.95 with a sandwich purchase, and served in an 8 oz. deli container. The friendly barista encouraged me to sample a few side dishes and their raw vegan "cheesecake." My free Mothers Day beverage was the almond coconut blended, per his suggestion. Chewy bits of dates sweetened this creamy, vegan smoothie and reminded me of the date shakes served at China Ranch. I could drink another one of these right now. Bathrooms down the hallway are simply labeled as "the johns," and not separated for men and women. Just a note, as this confused me for a second before realizing the common entrance was for everyone. I also took home a vegan strawberry cookie from the tempting pastry display, and found it to have a cake-like texture. It reminded me of a muffin top.

It's Red Velvet Cafe without the side of lies and deception and I love it! It's food and desserts cooked healthfully but not necessarily low cal. Mostly vegan, vegetarian and gluten free choices. With all the hype and working in close proximity downtown my coworkers and I decided to try this place. It gets pretty crowded at lunch but worth it. There is not a lot of seating. Some couches, computer cubies and a few tables. Because I had read the reviews I immediately knew I was going to order the LGBTQ sandwich and it didn't disappoint. We also shared a dessert, the Loving vs. Virginia. It was cookie baked into a brownie. Delicious! I'm a little old school so I'm not a huge fan of the payment on the Ipad and receipt emailed to you. I still feel I may have been overcharged for an item I did not order but with this payment method I couldn't verify it so next time I will bring cash.

The food is off the chart and I love that they feature so much local/ regional ingredients plus a great selection of vegetarian and vegan choices. By far the best coffee in town (ice filtered through their glass Frankenstein looking still). David and his staff are very pleasant and like to crack jokes. I love that the location is central and that part of the revenues are going to support our local LGBTQ community center. I have also held an event at The Center which was catered by Bronze Cafe and everything was delicious, particularly the exotice mixed fresh juices. The Center has a very nice board room and several large conference spaces they rent out and they offer very good discounts to local community groups and nonprofits.

I think I have found myself a new place for Vegan friendly cuisine without having to feel like an outcast for eating meat on most days. The service here is quick and incredibly friendly. At first we were confused because we thought it would be a sit down restaurant. Instead it is more like a cafe within the new LGBTQ Center. That is not a deterrent for me to come back here. I would love to find out if they do volunteer projects here because it would be another reason to eat here again. The roasted vegan sandwich served on wheat bread is good, but I would change it out to the pita the next time. Add a side for $2 and it is a full meal. While we were hanging out, the staff came around with samples of their green smoothie. I am a huge fan of kale in my drinks. I do not care if it is the predominant flavor. Yet this one, you will not be able to taste the leafy bitter greens. The apples and banana sweetens it up to where it is undetectable. Now when are we going back?

Very glad to have tried this place. I especially came here due to the menu containing vegan options. I tried the Tree of Life Pita with a side of hummus/warm pita and an iced coffee with espresso. Everything was fresh and tasted wonderful. They have an extensive array of menu options both healthy and indulgent. They have fresh smoothies and juices. I also tried the Vegan Matcha green tea cheesecake which was incredible. Love the concept of this place and what it stands for. The staff are very friendly and attentive always making sure you're having a good time. They have a mini library which actually holds some great works so while you're eating, pair it with a great book.

First time here and the food was excellent. Lots of options, especially if you're vegan and gluten-free. I got the green goddess sandwich which was a chicken salad sandwich. The chicken was excellent, flavored with pesto and delicious veggies. The bread was very good as well. Wanted to try the vegan pastries but was a bit full after my delicious meal. Great place for food and the workers were pretty great as well. Very accommodating and ready to answer any questions.

This place has some of the best food and customer service I've ever experience in the Las Vegas valley. Albert and Yishay run the place like a 5 star restaurant, not to mention the place is very well kept. The food is made to perfection with high quality produce and the flavor in each dish shares its own unique taste that will hit the spot every time! Love the food and the atmosphere!

Loved Bronze Cafe!! My boyfriend and I recently went on a Vegan health kick, and its not easy to find Vegan food in Vegas. Bronze Cafe is located in some place called "The Center," so you might pass by it the first drive by, but its worth the U-turn, so turn around and go inside!! I had some amazing Vegan sweets, which are so hard to find! Great butternut squash soup and the mole sandwich! The three guys working the counter were super sweet and very friendly! Girls day out...lets see! The results are in... Seriously good sandwiches! LGBTQ, Turkey avocado and the tree of life... We will be back! Here is my eight-year-old daughter's review in her own words: "The food was delicious!"

My nephews came to town to visit us. One of them is Vegan, and the other is Vegetarian. Good luck in finding a place for lunch Downtown near Fremont that caters to their Cuisine....or so I thought! One quick search on Yelp said that the Bronze Cafe was not only within a mile, but it also had 5 Stars! We loved it so much we just had to go back for the second day in a row! The food is excellent, light but filling, leaving us satisfied until dinner. The smoothies were very refreshing as well, topped off with an all natural oat bar for desert. The Cafe itself is pretty tiny, but there is plenty of seating and the decor is clean and modern. The staff are very friendly and super helpful when we asked for help in deciding what to get. They also have ham, turkey, and bacon for those who need their favorite form of protein. We won't be waiting for our Vegan/Vegetarian guests to visit before coming back here to eat! The Renfroes

This place is the best. So much vegan goodness. I only found out about it recently and I've already been back so many times. Cheesecake was amazing. Tree of life pita = amazing. Bizzness salad = you get the idea. Plus the staff is cool and we all played cups!! Go see for yourself.

If you're one who is health conscience and worries about what you put into your body, or if you wanted to care about what you put into your body but were afraid to ask what, then make a stop to the Bronze Café. Chef Peter and partner David have been feverishly working on opening just the right place to launch their healthy, gluten-free creations to those that have been craving them. Their menu is pure, simple and delicious featuring natural coffee's and tea's, sandwiches, salads, and pastries all made fresh and from scratch in the trendy downtown Las Vegas. And while you get your taste on at their location inside the new LGBT Center, soon they will open a second location in the fashionable Arts District. Bottom line? It's All Good at the Bronze Café.

The Tree of Life is still my favorite for lunch. Butternut squash vegan soup has the perfect blend of spices (I like to buy 3 or 4 and take home to freezer). Lunch crew is fast and always friendly - thank you Carmen, John, Gino and Peter!

The staff is very friendly and I've only had the Bizness salad which I give it a A+ yumm.. I'm for sure going back for the WhatWhat :) the ice coffee was good although not strong enough for me. They have a patio are that I will defiantly make sure to enjoy on a nice day :) also if it's your first time here do not look for a sign with the actual name because you're not going to find it I'll post a picture of the sign the you need to look for. I hope it helps someone.

Amazing, love that the bread is vegan as well, was skeptical about that at first, but They confirmed that for me that made me come back for another one the following week! Kind of stingy on the sauce for the salad, but overall, a great vegan sandwich.

We've been coming her since they opened over a year ago and we love it. I refer so many people to bronze. Chef Peter and David thank you for opening something healthy near our home in downtown. I highly recommend.

Awesome freshly made food and drink for the vegetarian and for the not. Friendly counter-person who explained the details of the extensive menu and made recommendations. We'll be back!

The LGBLT is one of the best things I have ever put in my mouth! Leave your house NOW and go get one! They are always changing items, but the sandwiches stay the same, thank God! The service was awesome, and i would give more than 5 stars if it didn't feel like eating in a Doctors waiting room. Podiatrist, to be specific. The food is good, Gluten Free, Dairy free chocies, and a lot of healthy sides. New innovative drinks, everything we had was good. A little expensive, but the LGBLT! Must. Eat.

Bronze Cafe is a hidden gem. The Bizness salad is totally the bizness. The "It's Complicated" sandwich gets me every time. The location (in The Center, an LGBTQ community center) is hidden away from the madness of Fremont street but still an easy walk, and very serene. Great food, great service, AND they deliver. What more could you ask for?

Good sandwich and nice young lady deliver to the LV convention center. We ordered the turkey sandwich and Ms. Piggy, both were delicious and came with some green salad. We loved it!

I thought this place was a cafe that I could get some work done. But actually, it was located at the very entrance of the community center. Well, nothing is wrong about it, and I totally support LGBTQ community. But as a nomad worker, I just wanted a comfortable place to work. While no one directly interrupted, the noise level was understandably high. I know this is not San Francisco, but it's so hard to find a laptop friendly cafe in Vegas... People, drink, food were all good. I wouldn't dis anything based on my particular needs. Yes I am the minority here...

Today, I made my first lunch trip to the Bronze Cafe and holy cow - it was bitter sweet. Sweet, because the Tree of Life Pita Sandwich is probably the tastiest healthy sandwich I have ever had and BITTER because in order to enjoy my lunch as much as I enjoyed it today, I will be forced to visit the Bronze Cafe every single day. Damnit. ;) I was going to order the LGBTQ because I'M NO VEGAN. Also, because I LOVE BACON like Ron Swanson loves bacon. But, in an effort to halt pre-holiday weight gain, I thought I would see what the fuss is about this "Tree of Life Pita." And in this case, the FUSS was ON POINT. I grabbed my pita to go and when I got back to my office and took my first bite, I was in fresh, veggie, avocado, tomato-onion, cashew "crema," sunflower seed, mango cilantro ginger vinaigrette HEAVEN. If you don't know what I'm talking about, the only thing I can do to better explain my feelings about this sandwich is by saying this: go to the Bronze Cafe, order the Tree of Life Pita, take your first bite and proceed to basque in the fiery explosions created by the fresh pita/vegan/veggie flavor delight. I really cannot recommend this sandwich enough. I mean, really. It was filling, but in a "healthy-full" way. You know, the "healthy-full" feeling that is opposite of the feeling you get on Saturday morning after eating pounds of bacon, eggs, toast and pancakes. Also, the cafe is very cute and the service is fast and friendly with a smile. I was in and out with my sandwich boxed up "to-go" within 10 minutes and less than $10 was deducted from my wallet. I literally cannot find one thing to complain about other than the fact that I no longer feel I can visit another lunch establishment in the area in good conscience after having such a great experience here. :)

Bronze Cafe always give the best service and by far the best healthy food Vegas has to offer! The smiley and always so welcoming staff is the reason why the good tastes so good!! I recommend everything on the menu !!!!

If you want something new with an informal setting this is the place for you! Lots to choose from and everything is unique. My favorite is the WHAT WHAT! Give it a try, you'll be sure to return. Noon hour tends to be busier than normal, of course.

  • James S.

This cafe lives up to its hype. Sandwiches and salads are amazing as are the green drinks and smoothies. I recommend the Beet salad and the Good Earth pita. Lots of vegan and vegetarian choices as well as hearty heathy breakfast items. The modern bathroom is a trip. Not for the homophobic. Staff is friendly and entertaining. A little pricey for a cafe.

I'm from LA with a lot of good food here, but this is the best food I've had in a long time! We were passing through LV and looking for something healthy so we Yelped "Vegetarian" and this place came up with good ratings. I'm so glad we stopped. I'm not a vegetarian, but like vegetarian food (and try not to eat too much meat), so my partner and I split the Tree of Life sandwich, and the LGBTQ bacon sandwich. Both were delicious! On our way back home 7 days later, I made sure to time it so we could have lunch there. This time we had the Tree of Life again (so good!) and tried the Good Earth Pita, also vegetarian and also delicious. And, because I everything was so good, we got 2 salads (The Bizness) to go for us to have for dinner when we got home in LA a few hours later. And yes, they were just as delicious as the sandwiches. Oh, as was the banana bread we got for a snack for the car. To top it off, the staff was super friendly and helpful. We ended up meeting Peter and David, the owners, and I wish them the best of luck. I don't normally gush about a place like I am now, but I don't normally have delicious, healthy food at a reasonable price. I just hope I didn't over sell it.

Love the quality of the food, coffee and comfort of the space! This going to be a new favorite spot for healthy vegan choices! UPDATE: 6-7-13 I have been coming here since inception and it just keeps getting better! I have dined in some of best restaurants in the world and the food here is 5 star. They owners have the magic ingredient...love. If you are looking for the best, stop here!

The Good Earth Sammy is delish!!!!!!! My fave Awww YEAH!! Gluten Free, Veggie goodness, two snaps for fabulous!! I've already been back several times and I won't stop now. Delish and the service was FAB (all caps)! I will say though, I don't enjoy the iced tea, it's super wee and no free refills, grrrr! :/

After reading all of the hype on yelp we had to check it out. When we pulled into "the center" we thought we had to be in the wrong place. After realizing it was inside, we went in and started our experience. Great service and staff, the food is good but I wouldn't say it's wonderful.

    (4)
  • Carlos And Maria W.

The staff here is amazing and I love the food! The tree of life is a must as well as loving v. Virginia. All of the pastries and vegan cheesecakes are really good too. If you're on the fence about what flavor to pick, they'll usually provide a sample. The center is a great place for lunch or to just hang out and read a book.

  • Avi B.

Eating food is an experience, and the staff at the bronze delivered. I ordered the compacted order, which is an amazing sandwich filled with great food. But the staff made it even better. This place had the best service of any restaurant that I have been to. Definitely try it when you come to Vegas.

My lactose intolerant husband and I heard about this place while searching for local coffee shops and the more I read, the more we wanted to go right away! We knew what we wanted before we got there and even though they were closing in about 20 minutes (we'll never be late again, I swear!) they were happy to serve us. We ordered the LGTBQ, The Tree of Life Pita, The What What (for the kids), vegan blueberry cheesecake, watermelon chia juice and honeydew Q-cumber juice. While I didn't enjoy the watermelon juice, it's delicious, just not for me. It wasn't long before our order was served to us, the prices are pretty good and we got to experience the All Sexes Restroom! The food was excellent and my husband LOVED the cheesecake! Our family is happy to support what The Center does for the LGBTQ community and we'll be back!

I absolutely love this place! It's not too expensive, the food quality is really good & majority of it is healthy! I recently got transferred over to a new location for my job, & I was pretty bummed out because I had all of my "go to" lunch spots by my old store. Luckily I came across some great reviews of the Bronze Café on yelp & I'm glad I can add this spot onto my new list of lunch spots. The first time I came to this Café I got lost trying to find it. I was expecting a stand alone café but it's actually inside a community center. When you get inside, it somewhat resembles a student services center or library. Now on to the menu, there were a ton of things I saw on the menu that I wanted to try but I went with the more popular items that were reviewed. FOOD: LGBTQ- A twisted version of the class BLT that we're all used to. This one definitely takes the cake! I love anything with bacon & this sandwich not only has strips of maple bacon, but also bacon jam spread onto their ciabatta bread. I was a little hesitant about the cucumber but it actually compliments that sandwich and gives it that fresh little crunch when you eat it. I crave this sandwich often! (my favorite) Green Goddess Chicken Salad Sandwich- This sandwich was really delicious and although its chicken salad you don't feel the heaviness of a typical chicken salad in your stomach. Hummus- Their hummus is really tasty & they serve it with warm pita bread. It's a great side dish that only costs an additional $2.25 if you get a sandwich. Sometimes I'll just get the hummus by itself and eat that for a light lunch. Vegan Banana Boy Bait- I'm not a fan of bananas or banana flavored items, but the Banana Boy Bait is an exception! I sometimes just crave this and this alone, it could be a good snack or even a dessert. It's not too sweet and the banana flavor isn't too overpowering. DRINKS: Vegan coconut almond blend- This was the first drink I purchased here and I really liked the concept. It's blended with coconut water and they added almond butter for texture. But my all time favorite drink from the Bronze Cafe is the Matcha Green Tea Blended. The drink is not too sweet and not too heavy, it's my favorite green tea smoothie I've ever had here in Vegas.

I had the Complicated One sandwich. OMG the maple bacon jam is fantastic! The sandwich was huge and came with a small salad. The banana boi bait for dessert was delicious. I will definitely be coming back.

I typically try to wait until I have a few experiences with a restaurant before jumping into a review. So much can change from visit to visit that I always find it a bit presumptuous to assume that a place is 5 stars worth of awesome or 1 star worth of non-awesome based on one measly visit. And yet one measly visit to the Bronze Cafe, oh, 2 hours ago, and here I am anointing it with 5 stars. Enter the Tree of Life. The Tree of life stars Brad Pitt in a Malick film about the life and the universe. Yelp/RottenTomatoes Crossover alert! Okay so this Pita stuffed with veggies and other vegan goodies like a cashew crema and a brazil nut crumble has nothing to do with the movie, but much like I had left the theater after seeing Tree of Life, I had a lot of questions about this Tree of Life after I left Bronze Cafe. Namely: was that one of the tastiest pita breads I've ever had? (yes). Did I really just enjoy a Pita stuffed without any meat products? (yes). Did I really just order something called "Banana Boy Bait"? (YES) Well how I really ordered it was I said something along the lines of "and one of those banana bread things". Then the guy who seemed to be running the joint goes "Banana Boy Bait?!" to which I looked around sheepishly before saying yes. It's totally worth any stares you might receive though. It lasted all of 3 minutes on the table. I'm not joking when I say I plan to try every sandwich and every Vegan dessert on the menu before my own personal Tree of Life wilts away and has me feasting on dirt and worms. Service was friendly, quick and efficient. The dining area was clean and there wasn't any air of pretentiousness that I think Vegan friendly places can oftentimes be stereotyped with. In fact it was the complete opposite. I didn't need to use the restroom so I didn't get to participate in the gender neutrality that it provides. The thought excites me though because I've heard from some of my female friends that sometimes you all have couches in there sometimes and I'm curious how this translates here. I've got my fingers crossed for a La-Z-Boy recliner personally.

I went to lunch here with my mom and best friend today and we were definitely not disappointed. It's about 20 minutes away from us but well worth the drive. I had the complicated sandwich, it was sooooo good, sooo much bacon lol! The people working there were super nice and helpful as well. We will most definitely be coming back, plus they deliver any where for $1!

The Bronze Cafe at The Center is a great find in downtown Las Vegas. There are only so many options in the downtown area and this is a great addition. The cafe is located in the LGBTQ Center but is a little difficult to find on the first visit. There is a parking lot on the side and in the front of the building. You'll want to in the landscaped entrance. Once you enter you'll be in a library area and the cafe will be right in front of you. There are a few small tables and one large table where it is community seating. The cafe itself is small but they are quick and able to serve a lot of people. The day I went they were busy but we made it there and back within our lunch hour. I had the The California Turkey Sandwich ($8.95) (turkey breast, avocado, mixed greens, tomato, red onion, basil aioli, lemon vinaigrette, Ciabatta). I am not exactly an adventurous eater but the combination of flavors was delicious!!! The lemon vinaigrette added a nice kick to sandwich without taking away from the avocado and tomato. I was on a healthy eating kick at the time and the staff was nice enough to give me water with free refills :) I know it is just a little thing but some of the others at my table had purchased bottled water so I appreciated the effort.

Their The LGBTQ (BLT) is ahhhhhmazing! May be my favorite sandwich in town. The coffee is good & the baristas super nice. Not the coziest place ever, but i do believe the seating area is more a part of The Center than their area. It would be great if they were given their own nook to warm up & make more coffeehouse-y. A great addition to Downtown. Man do I wish they had been around when I went to LVA back in the '90's! Kids these days have it so good ;)

Thank goodness for Yelp Reviews when in a pinch. I was driving around LV to show my son the Old Strip and was hoping to find something reasnoably priced, healthy, and close by. At first I was surprised that a place could have so many 5 Star reviews but now I understand why. The menu and the service was good, the food was well prepared and served at the right tempatures. They owner told us that we get the $5 Small Business Special and seemed genuinely interested in serving us. A great change to the service we received the night before at The Venetian. Highly recommended.

Had a wonderful lunch. Had the Good Earth Pita! It was out of this world good! Lots of vegetarian, vegan and gulten free salads, sandwiches, and desserts. Friends of mine had the Complicated Order and California Turkey both were awesome. Great coffee. and extensive tea menu. Great food, super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Will be back!

We just ordered for delivery. Fantastic phone experience. Love the vegan menu. Can't wait for our dinner to arrive. Stay tuned. Well, dinner arrived and it was absolutely delicious. The vegan chocolate cheesecake is out of this world. You've got to try this place. Awesome just doesn't quite capture it.

This is my most frequented place to eat or drink! I have there excellent iced coffee at least 5 days a week along with the blueberry boy bait, which I call blue boy! I'm always greeted with warmth and sincerity! The food is incredible! The business with crispy bacon, lentils and chick peas is my #1 item. If I'm feeling like being carb friendly I get the LGBTQ! That sandwich is a masterpiece! Thanks David and Peter for opening an authentically friendly, healthy and delicious spot!!!

I admit I was hesitant about trying this place, although it had awesome reviews, they say they are Vegan and well I am anything but and tend to be skeptical of anyplace that is proud of catering to Vegans. Nothing against Vegans but I love meat, and well fat = flavor, and how many vegetables have fat in them. I was surprised by how much I liked this place. I ordered the LGBTQ. It did not disappoint, it had bacon jam which was slightly sweet, maple bacon and plenty of it, lettuce tomato and some sort of aioli. It also came with a small side salad which was just spinach, however it was tossed in a light, slightly tangy lemon vinaigrette which was ever so good. The price was a little over $9. The drinks are a little pricey, $1.50 for a can of soda or $1.95 for water or San Pell which I had. But I guess you can't have everything. I was also surprised by how crowded it was, we got the last table. There are couches as it is a community center that were free. Also, if I didn't make this obvious for anyone out there like me, the bacon was real it was not faux bacon and they have other real meat while also offering options to the vegetarians and vegans among us.

  • Sean P.

I can't recommend this place enough. The Tree of Life pita is amazing and balances a real savoriness with a wonderful sweet zing from the mango cilantro ginger vinaigrette. I also recommend the whole earth pita which was a savory companion. I came with a friend and we split the two sandwiches. It isn't the cheapest (almost $10) for the plate, but the food is worth it. Finally- the raw cheesecake is super sweet but take small bites in moderation and you'll have a new favorite dessert.

Two words: BACON JAM! This review should've been posted a LONG time ago but I have been procrastinating. As my opening says, their bacon jam is superb! They should sell it in jars. I love all their sandwiches and salads. My favorite is the LGBTQ sandwich. It is a highly evolved BLT sandwich on a ciabatta bun. Get the bun toasted and it adds so much depth to the sandwich. They can also make all their sandwiches into salads. They make drinks of the blended kind, fruit waters, coffee, and your regular bottled fair. My favorite is the Vegan Kale Apple Banana Blended. Also, the cafe serves lots of pastries! Their version of the brokie called the Loving vs. Virginia., a marriage of brownie and a cookie. I can never pass up on this when I'm at The Center. Oh, BTW, most of their food is vegetarian/vegan. You cannot really tell that they are though because it is so good! The servers and owners also offer up the best customer service there is. If you have not visited the Bronze Cafe, you are definitely missing out. Come visit them and enjoy all their scrumptious offerings.

The bacon jam scone is delicious and The Bizness is one of the best salads I've ever had - definitely made with love. While the food is awesome, the staff is even better - so friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended.

  • Nora L.

The combination of an impressively creative menu, super friendly staff and quality food makes the Bronze Cafe one of the best eateries in town. I love their attention to detail in their recipes. Nothing is halfway done. The bacon jam is a perfect example of how they have elevated their take on a BLT (the LGBTQ) and made it an exception sandwich. I regularly crave this "bacon experience" and recently found out that you can get it in salad version. Super exciting. Everything I have tried has been delicious. Other than the LGBTQ, I particularly enjoy the Matcha Blended Latte, the beet, quinoa and kale salad and the lentil carrot salad. The highlight of every meal here is the sweetness of the staff. Plus there is free wifi

Soooooo good! Every sandwich, every salad, every drink, every dessert. ALL good! It's casual, very friendly service. They really care about the food they are serving. It's clean and laid back. They listen to feedback and it influences what they do. I tell all my vegan friends about it too because they have some killer vegan food as well, that is packed with flavor! Can't go wrong! Consistently uber fresh!

LGBTQ was the best BLT ever. If you like real coffee you've got to go here. They have great food, coffee, smoothies and lots of other things. Worth a visit. I'll be going back soon.

I ate here w/ my hubby and kids and everyone absolutely loved their food. My 16 year old has an appetite, he was full. He made the comment that he felt healthy full, not the uncomfortable stuffed feeling. The service was great, everyone working was personable, knowledgeable about all the food & ingredients & really friendly. I refuse to take away a star for this since I knew I was going to a community center to eat; I just wish they had a more traditional style cafe or place to eat. I felt like we were eating in a library and it was a little uncomfortable until a table opened up. The couches are great for a coffee but not a big lunch. The food is excellent, I wish there were more tables or booths. Amazing food!!! Looking forward to picking up and taking our lunch to go next time. Please open a second location!!!

I have a confession: I actually made a Yelp account exclusively to write a review about the Bronze Cafe. Never have I felt so strongly about the integrity of a food establishment: light springy and flavorful kale salads, creamy smoothies filled with the kind of stuff that grew pop-eyes muscles before our eyes, and incredible baked goods that are so good they make me want to ... YELP!

  • Alison Y.

I came to the Bronze Café a couple of days after missing one of the 89xxx events. Bobby Y. mentioned that the BLT was great so I was dying to try it. Also, since I work downtown and am in the public sector, the LBGT Center is very appealing to me. Let me preface by saying I am not a big sandwich person. Additionally, lunch for me has to be hearty meal, which sandwiches are usually not. But nonetheless, a friend a I decided to check it out for lunch one day we weren't too famished. The Center is very nice, with ample parking and big, big windows. I think they could use a bit more vegetation outside, what with the white walls, white stones, white fences, etc. But it gives the place a nice, light, airy feeling. The Café is right at the entrance, and they have a couple of tables to enjoy your lunch at. We placed out order (LGBTQ for me) and since no tables were available, we took a seat at the lounge chairs in the back by the library. I can understand how they are trying to offer a community space to hang out at, what with the free Wi-Fi and comfy chairs, but really the tables should be for eating. People were taking their dear time, and although the chairs we sat at were comfy and there was a little table to place our food on, it would've been better to sit at a table. Just saying. On to the food! The sandwich was THE BOMB! It was incredible! Best BLT I've ever had in my life. Period. Also, it looks like a small portion but I ended up very satisfied at the end. My only complaint would be that the tomatoes could've been a bit more ripe but other than that is was delicious and I will definitely be coming back, and often!

I love the food at Bronze Cafe. I have been here a couple times and tried a couple of their sandwiches and they were delicious. The food taste very fresh and healthy. Luckily the great food makes up for the horrible location. There are plenty options if you are a vegetarian, vegan, or have a gluten free diet. I highly recommend this place!

My first time eating a Vegan meal and I was absolutely IMPRESSED! Had the "Its the Bizness" with spicy chick peas, curried quinoa and beet salad. Sampled both the green tea raw vegan cheese cake and the mocha-chocolate raw vegan cheesecake...the only disappointment is that they were sold out of the mocha-chocolate cheesecake when I was ready leave so I could not bring a piece home!

I was recently taken to the Bronze Cafe by a friend when we went out to lunch. I purchased the Bizness salad and honestly it was one of the best I have every eaten - worth every penny!! I also had the sweet potato salad, and loved it also. I can't wait to go back and try something else. They have something for everyone, including Vegans, Vegetarians, and people who enjoy everything.

I wish that I had the words to express adequately just how special this place is. As far as the wonderful food and impeccable and caring service are concerned, this review will "mirror" what others already have posted here on Yelp! I encourage everyone to read them, as they are full of insights and examples as to why and how the food served here is full of passion, care and special ingredients. Perhaps what I can add to the posts already here is my attempt to convey the social message and community mission of this dining destination which is literally the front door and welcoming station to institution dedicated to human rights, understanding, dialogue and education about many topics "ripe" with all sorts of implications and social controversy. From the free wifi, to the community meeting rooms, to the wide variety of community partners in the "Center" of downtown Las Vegas' emergent neighborhoods which are in the midst of an urban renaissance. The Bronze Cafe is deliberately designed to nourish the mind and the soul as well as the stomach. It structured to engender discussion and understanding, as well as nourishment. Its ownership and management have chosen very ambitious goals and responsibilities -- and they carry out these tasks with dignity, hospitality and professionalism. Oh, and not incidentally, the food is awesome. And, although I was just a "random" community member, as a welcomed member of Green Drinks Las Vegas at its monthly meeting last night hosted by the Bronze Cafe at The Center, I was honored to be treated to a wide "tasting menu" last night. I and about 20 others at this community meeting were provided a number of sandwich and drink samples from this restaurant which is truly a community treasure on many levels. I can assure you that everything without exception was delicious, full of healthy ingredients lovingly and expertly and professionally chosen with care. Could I say more. Probably. But the point is that this business is special and I encourage others to take advantage of everything that it has to offer.

Ever so often a downtown business rewards you for living in and being a Downtown Las Vegas booster. The Beat, The Container Park and the new Grand Hotel are all on a quickly growing list of places to hang and spend money. The Bronze Cafe ties with Mingos as my I could be there everyday spot. The food is amazing! The staff couldn't be friendlier and the owners are two people truly deserving of success. They provide the best fresh food prepared in innovative ways. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention, everything I've had has been so tasty that I highly recommend the spot to everyone without worry that I'll get back a text saying, "meh." And they cater! Please come check out and support this fantastic addition to the downtown experience!

The best spot Downtown for lunch. My beautiful wife brought me here for lunch. She had the Guac & Mole sandwich. The mole is made with sunflower seeds, raw cacao and chipotle. It has some kick! I had the California Turkey on ciabatta bread. Both were very fresh and tasted great. A good blend of flavors. There's free WiFi here, a resource library for the community of books and movies on DVD, gender neutral bathrooms and the friendliest service in town. We also ordered an oversized chocolate chip cookie (warmed up!) and she had the mango "cheesecake" (vegan/gluten free). Both hits! Try their new drip coffee. It tastes very smooth. They brew it overnight cold for over 12 hours. It makes a difference especially if love iced coffee. Can't say enough good things about this place. They welcome everyone, gay and straight, with fresh food, healthy treats and everything made in-house. You really can not find any other place like it. We like it better than vegan spots. They do have plenty of options for those who are not vegan. Will be back to try more of their dessert selection and their unusual fresh waters like watermelon chia (similar to agua fresca). As residents of DTLV, we are so happy this place opened up. More options. Cool!

FREE PARKING DOWNTOWN! Vegan, Raw Vegan, Gluten Free options available. Carnivores, like me, can add chicken breast or turkey to veggie sandwiches and salads and there are turkey clubs & BLTs and the like available too. The Asian Marinated Kale Salad with Grilled Chicken and the Curried Quinoa Salad are my favorites. FREE PARKING DOWNTOWN! The deserts are amazing and inventive; vegan strawberry cookies & hot chocolate and marshmallow cookies just to give you an idea... FREE PARKING DOWNTOWN! The coffee bar puts others to same. Delicious coffee and tea options, hot and cold. Oh, and smoothies! FREE PARKING DOWNTOWN! Five four top tables for outside seating and five four top tables inside and plenty of sofa seating to stay and enjoy your meal or just as easy to take away if needed. You'll be hard pressed to find a more welcoming environment downtown or in all of Las Vegas for that matter. Chef Peter and David succeed making a connection to everyone they meet. They will take the time to answer questions you may have about the menu and ingredients that may be unfamiliar. And in case you missed it, FREE PARKING DOWNTOWN. I hate it when I'm going to Le Thai or EAT and I finally find a parking spot just to discover I have no change for the meters. Happy to say that will never happen here. Bronze Cafe is located inside the Gay and Lesbian Community Center of Southern Nevada. The Center is a new state of the art facility serving the ENTIRE community and all are encouraged to visit.

This is my favorite cafe because of the healthy food, delicious drinks and Chef Peter and David. I am always welcomed warmly and they are eager to share whatever yummy new dishes they are making plus they remembered my favorite drink by my 2nd visit- awesome! Comfortable and open late hours (10pm!) it is within the LGBT Center which is a COMMUNITY center, open to the public in a neighborhood that really needs it. You just may be inspired to volunteer yourself when surrounded by the motivated crowds usually meeting! Favorite dishes you MUST try: The LGBTQ sandwich Farrow and Golden Beet side salads "Cheesecake" any variety The quality far surpass any chain coffeehouse and their friendly attitudes blow away any competition downtown! Love Bronze Cafe!

Just dropped in for a quick bite with a client. Hip vibe, with a tasteful interior. Books, zines, sofas, row of laptops (for public use?) all I had was the quiche which was a single serving size popping with pesto and sun dried tomato flavor atop a delicate crust. Also had a bite of a cookie that certainly had a home made flair to it. All and all great experience.

I'd heard so many great things about The Bronze Cafe, I had high expectations for my first visit. I was not disappointed. Each of the fresh water/juices I sampled was delicious as refreshing. I choose the watermelon with chia seeds - healthy and tasty. For my lunch I had the Good Earth pita sandwich - again, healthy, very tasty, and filling. For dessert (I had to) the matcha green tea vegan cheesecake was flavorful, lighter than regular cheesecake, and not too sweet. I would gladly eat here regularly.

I loved the tree of life! The variety is awesome here! I love the location, its pretty much an awesome place for open minded people looking for great taste in food with many meatless options!! My boyfriend also enjoyed his food which did have meat in it.. can't wait to go back!!

This place is at the Center and it's great. First of all, the people who work there are so friendly. Then you see they have a great choice of sandwiches and salads, which are wonderful. I had the BLT essentially, but they have a way cuter name for it. Anyway, it is FULL of bacon, and a heavenly little thing called bacon jam (see my review of Honey Salt another place which supplies this wonderful condiment). I had a latte which was awesome, and then we checked out their baked goods. I had a loving v. virginia which is the legalization of marriage between a cookie and a brownie. It was such a cute name I HAD to get it and it was worth the $3.95, although being a bit of a baker myself I think it could have been cooked a little less. Now, the only reason it is not getting five stars is that there is not too many tables, but here's the thing, it's a CENTER and probably not meant to be a restaurant, but that's ok! If you ask someone if you can sit with them, they ALWAYS let you! I will be going back, and back, and back to this place for lunch!!

Wow! Delicious and guilt free, but prepare to empty your wallet. I love this place and the customer service is perfect. I recommend: * The bizness: I usually hate kale, but this is so good. I prefer it with the spiced chickpeas on top, but you get two other sides. This is will fill you up. * Tree of Life- Dang! It's as messy as it is good. Comes with a salad and whatever dressing is on it is really good and different. * Vegan Cheesecake- Get it by the slice or the whole thing. This was tangy and has a great texture. * Iced Coffee- If you drink it black, which you should, this is the best coffee in town. It's so strong and smooth. Ask to water it down if you're gonna chug it because you'll be flying. * They will microwave your cookie. Aw yiss. I have to emphasize how great the service here is. They are patient but also great at recommending stuff because they explain everything. Don't think I'm a health food nut or vegan. I'm not. This place is just that good.

Amazing, amazing and amazing!!! the tree of life is DELICIOUS. Planning to go back and check out the rest of the menu. The service was great and the atmosphere chill. A bit tricky to find but more than worth it when I did.

Tree of life is amazing!!! The staff is extremely helpful and does a great job of explaining the menu... You can pretty much tell them anything and they have something for you! Oh and the honeydew cucumber water is amazing!!

The food here was incredible. We had the tree of life. The ingredients were balanced, fresh and delicious. The pita was toasted perfectly. Soft with a slight crunch. We also got the LGBT sandwich. I didn't know what to expect with the bacon jam.....amazing!!!! It makes the sandwich. Finally we ordered the vegan/glueten free ginger snaps. They were wonderful as well. I have been singing the bronze cafe's praises since we left yesterday!

No wonder this place is five star. The food was fresh, extremely flavorful, and the staff went out of the way to accommodate us. First off it was confusing pulling up to this place since we expected it to be a restaurant but it was inside of a community center. We walked in and the actual building itself was clean and modern. We ordered 2 sandwiches, which came with a side salad, and two sides. One being a spiced lentil and the other hummus with pita. No lie the entire meal was delicious. I mean we're talking almost worth driving to Vegas for. The best part is they were just sandwiches but they were prepared with such thought and proper fresh ingredients that it changed for me the idea that all sandwiches have to be boring. After we split a desert...amazing of course, and then ordered three more sandwiches to take back to the boys we were with. Surprise surprise they loved them too. I really loved the friendly staff and the truly satisfying meal. If your vegan or not everyone can enjoy this place.

Got the LGBTQ and was probably the best bacon sandwich I ever had. The ingredient were fresh and even the side salad with lite dressing was delicious. To end it, I got an ice coffee to go. Best ice coffee in town

The cheesecake is made of fruit and nuts and tastes far less problematic than the fatty original found anywhere else. A slice of Bronze Cafe cheesecake is well balanced and fulfilling. The manager, Dave, kindly offered tastes of blueberry, mango, espresso. All three versions were delicious and more flavors are prepped by Chef Peter for the seasons. So many places in Vegas create incredible smoothies. My favorites include Greens & Proteins and (believe it or not) LVAC. Bronze Cafe is a new favorite third with it's "Too Good For You" smoothie. I drank two large glasses in the past two days. Kale, chia seeds, protein... The sandwiches are incredible. The LGBTQ is the best BLT I've ever eaten. Not sure where Chef sourced the bread or the idea to include Q-cumbers, but the whole thing is brilliant and somehow makes me feel more like a vegan and less like a bacon-eating carnivore. I savored every bite. I also ate the chicken salad sandwich and will eat it again and again. Lucky for me, the Bronze Cafe is only .89 miles away so I can walk off a few calories between regular trips to my new favorite downtown spot.

A fabulous place with quality food and ingredients! I have tried just about everything here and my favorites are the Beet and Goat Cheese Salad(full size), the LGBTQ, and Good Earth. Everything is filled with flavor. I come here quite often because of the food and friendly service.

I have spent quite some time trying to find a good Vegan place that's not overly priced. Finally! I have found it. Super friendly staff, and amazing food. I highly recommend getting the "Tree of Life" (amazing!)or the LGBTQ sandwich (if you dig bacon). Any of the sides are also really tasty. I got the Mocha Chocolate Cheesecake to go, and was pleased. Super decadent and yummy. I have never been to the LGBTQ Center before. The Bronze Cafe was located directly when you walk in. The center was very quite because they were closed. It seemed like a great place to maybe kick back and do some work. They have a wall of books you can sit and read. Def a gem. We will be frequently stopping by!

I love the Bronze. Super food. Fantastic service. Even the almond milk for your cold brew coffee is made fresh daily. Their vegan-gluten-free cheese cakes are simply DIVINE! I wish I had gone there today. I'd be happy right now!

Can't rave about this place enough. After moving from the bay, I was really missing the fresh delicious food that seemed to abound in Berkeley. And then I found the bronze cafe and I was on cloud 9. I could eat the bizness with it's many combos everyday and the sandwiches are all delicious. Even with the slightly high prices, this place is 5 stars hands down.

  • Jessica S.

Seriously.... Seriously. Good prices, AMAZING food, cute and friendly people. What more could you ask for? I never feel bad after eating here and I want to take pictures of everything I eat. I don't, maybe because I would be embarrassed or maybe because I devour it before I could ever have time to photograph it. Either way, I'm in looooove.

Awesome sandwiches - for meat eaters as well! Try the LGBTQ - best BLT! Their delivery service is quite handy and prompt. Location itself has a nice sitting area if you have time to linger. Get any sandwich on the ciabatta - can't go wrong. Also enjoy the strawberry cookie.

Excellent quality, fresh food, wonderfully seasoned. Staff was very friendly. Lovely, lovely, lovely. Even if you are not a vegetarian, you will love the quality and the portion size.

By far one of my favorite places in town for sandwiches, salads and great desserts. Food quality is amazing and there are vegan options that I (a non-vegan) love! The staff is always so helpful and kind. Every time I have gotten delivery they have been accurate with the order and on time. Be sure to try the Green Goddess sandwich and the apricot bars!

Bronze Cafe gets a gold star Although advertised as "vegetarian", and including many vegan and vegetarian items on the menu, Bronze Cafe swings both ways and has a nice selection of salads and sandwiches that are also omnivore-friendly. The "sammiches" can also all be ordered as salads, and the LGBTQ is particularly tasty (bacon is the 'B' in that mouthful). The setting is the foyer of the The Gay and Lesbian Community Center of Southern Nevada (The Center), and includes a library, comfy chairs and small and large tables; once you order your food, you can sit and it's brought out to you by people who seem genuinely happy to be working there. Next up - return here for breakfast (and for those of you downtown, they do both take-out & delivery).

"That sandwich was so good I forgot I was in Vegas." - my friend, aptly summing up our experience upon leaving Bronze Cafe Stopped in with 2 friends for a Welcome-to-Vegas-lunch because we had a bit of time to kill before our hotel was ready for us to check in. Couldn't have been more impressed with all the options, and the staff was so welcoming I thought we might stay all day just to chat. Between the three of us, we ordered: -- the California turkey with the most delicious gluten free bread that has ever existed!! -- the Complicated that comes with a bacon jam I could eat every day for the rest of my life -- and the Guac and molé with the additional spicy jalapeño cilantro vinaigrette, which is not to be missed. The range of breakfast and dessert items looked almost too good to pass up, but the sandwiches (which all came with a yummy side salad) were more than enough to fill up on. The cafe is a bit hard to find, as they're not allowed to promote/have a lot of signs because of their association with a nonprofit. It is so worth it though, and once you find it, I'm sure you'll return! I will definitely be back on my next Vegas trip.

I have to confess, I only get one thing when I come here... The Good Earth Pita is delicious! I love me some meat, rarely do I eat meals without fish or meat. The Good Earth Pita is a different story, though it's vegan, it's so damn good! The flavors, the crunch of sunflower seeds, the meatiness of eggplant... I can't get enough! Every time I come I want to try something different but I just can't! This pita just draws me in! A friend of mine had the Tree of Life Pita and said it was delicious as well. I have no first hand knowledge though, since I can't break up wit the Good Earth. Bronze Café also has a variation of waters, the Watermelon Chia is yummy, as well as the Cucumber and Honeydew. I've also tried the cookies but they were super hard, asking if the cookies are fresh might make sense. Oh, Bronze Café is located inside the LGBTQ Center! In case you have trouble finding it.

One bite. That is all it took for me to know this was the best sandwich I've ever had. But before getting into that, gotta talk about the Bronze Cafe. No large signs outside as I was hoping so after avoiding a sideswiping accident, that would have been my fault, I pulled into the parking lot of the Center. Parking lot was pretty empty on a Sunday so i was wondering if they were open. Staff were so inviting, friendly and the guy seemed to know everyone who came into order or leave on a first name basis. I was recommended the LGBTQ sandwich which contained bacon jam - of course I'm ordering this. Kid wanted a Caesar salad and we got a macha chia pudding for dessert. Our food came out just a couple minutes after ordering! Some kind of world record sandwich maker back there. Ok, the LGBTQ sandwich...one bite. This thing is sandwich perfection! Already knew the bacon jam would be amazing but combine it with the lemon vinaigrette...wow! Scene stealer was the ciabatta bread. I'm used to some kind of crusty flavorless roll whenever i hear that word but this thing was a soft moist pillow that held everything intact. Definitely a sandwich I will eat every time I'm in town. Chicken Caesar salad. Look a bit closer...that is freshly shaved parmesan cheese and a ton of it throughout the whole salad. Croutons are flavorful with a nice kick of heat at the end - no space-stealing bread crusts here. And the dressing is green??? Whatever is in there produces a refreshing caesar salad; not a typical adjective that I'd normally use for a Caesar. Watermelon chia juice - Fresh watermelon with little crunchy seeds. Do not let this thing get warmed up, its not as fun to drink. Macha chia pudding - If you like macha, then you'll love this. Its a delicious way to fill in those last remaining empty spaces in your fat belly.

Items Selected: Vegan Kale Apple Banana Blended Shot Double Espresso on Ice The Fruity Pebbles Treat The Bacon Jam Scone The Peanut Butter Snickerdoodle Cookie The Strawberry Cookie The Oatmeal Craisin Cookie The Chocolate Banana Zucchini Muffin The Loving v. Virginia - the legal marriage between a cookie and a brownie The Banana Flax Cake Located within the Gay and Lesbian Community Center of Southern Nevada, a space more commonly referred to simply as "The Center," Bronze Café had long been on my list of places to visit and seeking coffee plus free WiFi near downtown on Saturday I finally decided to drop in, the smiling staff greeting me warmly as I entered while several patrons sat throughout the atrium using a bank of supplied computers or looking through literature supplied in a small library toward the back of the room. Admittedly located in a rough part of Las Vegas, the surrounding environs largely comprised of rundown housing with no shortage of panhandlers to be found on the streets, the interior of The Center seems to act as a sort of sanctuary to those in the community and with free services available ranging from HIV-testing to prevention and sex education the environment is both open and inviting, the electronic music overhead perhaps a bit of a distracter but certainly not so loud that it cannot be ignored. Offering a selection of soups, salads, sandwiches, baked goods, and smoothies running the gamut from mundane to esoteric with options for vegetarians, vegans, and those dining gluten free in addition to several options featuring meat, it was entirely in the pastries that my investigation of the café's goods was undertaken and treated to a vegan smoothie shot as I waited for coffee to be brewed I'll admit I was pleasantly surprised, the apple and banana with light vanilla doing an admirable job of offsetting the bitterness oft associated with the greens. Sipping the espresso over ice, a bold brew with a nutty finish at less than half what one would pay for Starbucks on the Strip, it was with seven items plus a gifted Fruity Pebbles Treat from owner David Mozes that the tasting took place and beginning the rainbow treat a theme of strong flavors and excellent textures quickly arose, any 'artificalness' associated with the commercial cereal completely lacking in a vegan strawberry cookie with a jam center that ranks amongst the best in the city with a pudding smooth mouthfeel and light creamy top-notes. Trying best to progress light-to-rich it was next in the slightly dry oatmeal cookie that I partook and setting this aside in favor of hopefully better things a bite of the bacon-jam scone proved to be far softer than one might expect from the British tea-time staple, though the savory jam and ample use of butter was none-the-less quite delicious beneath a light sprinkling of sugar with subtle sweetness dispersed beneath. Entirely impressed by the peanut butter riff on a Snickerdoodle with ample cinnamon and sugar helping to mellow the otherwise rich base it was with equal balance that fruits and vegetables interacted to create the ultra-moist chocolate zucchini bread with the sort of richness that spoke to high quality cocoa, the similarly soft banana-flax cake perhaps a better choice for those desiring something more subtle with a light nuttiness from the fractured seeds coming through on the finish but not a bit of oil or bitterness to be found. At this point seeing the soundtrack transition to upbeat Spanish dance music as a large group of teens plus a young family with grandparents in-tow sat down to breakfast it was finally in "The Loving v. Virginia" that I indulged and having previously tasted no fewer than a dozen takes on the cookie-meets-brownie including Brooklyn's famous "Brookie" from Baked I'm confident to say that the version at Bronze Café may be the very best of them all - the chocolate base reminiscing of my childhood afternoon snack while the dollop of dough at the center was just seconds short of fully set, the whole far greater than the sum of its parts and something probably best shared, or at least enjoyed with a cup of coffee, milk...or in the case of Bronze Café, perhaps some almond mylk. Setting aside a location that some may find a bit intimidating for any number of personal misperceptions, Bronze Café is the sort of place that is likely to go overlooked by all but those who walk through the doors of The Center, but with strong sourcing, friendly service, and a menu as inclusive as the building in which it is housed it can only be said that there is a whole lot more here than meets the eye, and a whole lot of things to tantalize the tastebuds as well.

Fresh, delicious, and inspiring food. The customer service and atmosphere are also amazing. Really glad to leave the strip and pick up the Tree of Life Pita. Melt in your mouth flavor! Service was minimal and expectedly so with a casual place like this but the staff was very friendly and informative. I will definitely come back here again.

Why did no one tell me the Bronze Cafe was located inside the LGBTQ Center? Here I was circling around and around the Center looking for a stand alone establishment like an idiot. I had to pull up the Yelp app to figure out where this place was. Guess I should've read some reviews before stopping by lol. Derp :P THE GOOD EARTH PITA ($9.95): A veggie pita that was "too healthy" for my tastes. I like grease and fried food and am probably the most unhealthy vegetarian that has ever existed, but hey, that's just me. The pita was loaded with an assortment of cold veggies and spilling over with each bite. The best parts of the pita were the sunflower seeds and hummus. 3/5 VIBE: Reminded me of the cafeteria at a hospital. There's a few large tables seating 4+ people available and sofas further out. I would feel kind of awkward eating here by myself since Bronze Cafe seems more so geared towards groups. SERVICE: No complaints here. The ordering style is exactly like Starbucks. PRO TIP: Military & Students get a 10% discount. Worth a Return Visit? My fellow Yelpers obviously disagree with me here but it's unlikely that I'll return to Bronze Cafe. The prices are expensive for what you're getting. However, if you're into eating healthy and like soup, salad, and sandwich places, the Bronze Cafe is worth looking into it. A good sandwich but not in the best of areas. Located inside of the Center, you won't see a sign outside but immediately in front of you when you walk in. Its a small cafe with a lot of potential. I received good service and good food. I tried the California Turkey Sandwich with the red pepper hummus. The sandwich was good. It was served with a side salad that I wasn't aware of. The hummus was just ok. I felt it was a little too 'thin' for my taste. I expect hummus to be thick and creamy. It just wasn't my cup of tea but the pita served with it was nice a warm. I would come back again and try something else on the menu. Thanks to Loren for introducing me to Bronze Cafe!

  • DeShawn A.

Food and drinks are delicious! So many healthy options to choose from. The guy taking my order was really nice and helped me choose an item to Order. The only thing I can recommend is better signage to find them...from the outside you wouldn't know there is a cafe inside.

    (5)
  • Laura R.

I like the ambience. It's relaxed and the cheerful workers are accommodating and a delight. They have a bookcase filled with books for your entertainment. For pastries go with the savory scones or loving v. Virginia (chocolate chip cookie on top of brownie). As for the sammies.. I recommend getting a (v) vegan sandwich (tree of life, guac and mole, good earth) and adding bacon jam for like 1.95 more. I think the LGBTQ needs more flavor and textures. Although the complicated order is an advanced LGBTQ with avocado and chicken on ciabatta, both of them are still the equivalents of blts and turkey clubs, whereas the vegan sandwiches with bacon jam are unique and packed with flavor and texture. Eat your vegetables!

Came here after reading all the reviews so my expectations were high. I ordered the tree of life pita and it was delicious, lots of flavor. It also comes with a small salad. They allow free samples or their sides and cheesecakes. I really liked the strawberry one, but they were all out. This place would easily be 5 stars, but the prices are a bit high. The pita was $10.

Let me begin with the warm welcome- how inviting! The Bronze Cafe is inside a center so for out of towners a bit deceiving but if you enjoy healthy versus the regular grind it is such a great find! I adored my Green Goddess Chicken Salad on a fresh Ciabatta with a fresh salad. The "Bizness" was my hubby's choice and it rocked with fresh Kale salad topped with 3 organic sides. He loved the roasted broccoli, Brussel sprouts and spiced Chic Peas! We both ordered this awesome super healthy drink that was phenomenal but a meal in itself - don't miss Bronze if you are seeking fresh and organic in Vegas with great vegan and vegetarian choices! Kudos for great service even though it is counter order we were checked on no less than 5 times at the table.

Bronze Cafe at The Center is awesome! I went with my boyfriend and we both got the roasted veggie sandwich, with sides of hummus and babaganoosh, then shared the vegan strawberry cheesecake. Everything was delicious, and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I didn't get coffee this time, but I did try some of my boyfriend's and it was great. Bronze Cafe even makes their own almond milk! This is a great cafe overall, but especially wonderful for vegans and vegetarians.

Best service and amazing sandwiches! Love everything they offer but of course my fav is the LGBTQ! Also hummus or babaganoosh is only $2.25 more with a sandwich or salad purchase! Soup of the day today, butternut squash, was good too! Love this place

Awesome food and great service! Don't miss out on the 'sides'.. I got the hummus and lentils, which were both amazing. I ran out of pita bread but they were nice enough to give me more upon request. I would also highly recommend dessert.. I got some kind if strawberry bar (forgot what it was called) but it was delish. I also ordered the good earth sandwich which had really fresh ingredients, but the flavor profile of the sauce was kind of weird for me, I think I would order it without it if I was ever to go back again (I'm not from Nevada). I also ordered the guacamole sandwich, which I liked better.. But the I would have to say the red sauce on it was too sweet for me. I split these with a friend and we both felt the same about these entrees. There was one other vegan sandwich option, tree of life, and I ordered all three for my boyfriend and his 2 other friends to split, and they liked the tree of life the best... So hopefully that helps!

I've had a tough time finding healthy food options in town and came across this gem of a place purely by chance. Once here I was blown away by the staff and their friendly demeanor, the healthy food options (a big vegan menu), and the quality of the food. In ordered the Tree of Life sandwich and was very happy with the result. It was packed full of fresh ingredients and the overall flavor of it was astounding. I didn't feel overly full but was perfectly satisfied. I'll definitely be coming back here for more!

I'm not a big fan of vegetarian food and i had the guac & mole, let me tell you this was amazing. Full of flavor and so filling. I fell in love and i will be ordering from here again for sure!

Wow! That was my first impression, and after trying all of the foods it was my second one as well! My friend Tyson stopped by on opening week to try it out, and I was lucky enough to meet the owner. He was very kind and interesting, which all came across in his food. I had my camera on me so I took some photos so you can see for yourself! With the selection of salads, sandwiches, drinks, and delicious raw deserts I'll definitely be taking my health conscious bikram yoga teacher sister next time we are in town! It's tucked away in The Center, but if you are even thinking about trying it take my word for it: it's definitely worth the trip!

Went to Bronze Cafe based on a yelp search for vegetarian food and the many raving reviews. And I have to say, my food was delicious. I ordered the Tree of Life pita and it was absolutely wonderful. I actually started with the mixed greens it is served with and I had to eat all of them first because they were soo good! The lemon vinaigrette is just wonderful. The wrap itself was so full of flavor and very satisfying. The crushed nuts were a great addition and added a nice texture. I really loved that it didn't fall apart all over the plate as well. I was also given a complimentary vegan (and i think gluten free) raspberry cheesecake due to a little incident of a decorative display falling on me (it didn't actually hit me). I don't usually go for vegan desserts (since I'm not vegan and prefer the real stuff if I am going to indulge), but it was pretty good. Wasn't much like a cheesecake but still tasty. And I certainly appreciated the gesture!!! The staff was very friendly and helpful, gave recommendations, offered samples, brought me my order, etc. I will definitely be going back for more.

The Bronze Cafe is located inside the LGBTQ Center. We were happily greeted right away and immediately offered a sample of their kale soup, which was delicious. I decided on the LGBTQ bacon sandwich and the coconut almond shake. Everything was delicious! They ingredients were fresh and carefully assembled. We were also offered free tastings of the cheesecake fillings. I will be back for the strawberry cheesecake. I love this place! Free wifi and a great open cafe atmosphere. The sandwiches cost about $8-10 each. You get a sandwich packed with flavor and quality ingredients. If these sandwiches were offered on the strip they would easily go for double and not even be half as good!

I don't always eat Vegan, but when I do it's "Bronze Cafe". Delicious, guilt free, creative items that make me wanting more. Highly recommended when in Las Vegas, NV.

Bronze Cafe is a treat in the desert of Las Vegas. The food and service are spectacular. Healthy, friendly, lovely place. I went with my family of 7, and everyone was able to get what they wanted from bacon to vegan. I won big points with my family finding this gem. My only suggestion for improvement is to have real plates and eating utensils rather than paper and plastic.

Holy crap this place is good! It's one of the only choices in the area for delicious, healthy food with tons of great fresh ingredients. I've been ordering out of my comfort zone more and everything I try is awesome.

I've been at meetings at The Center. Great meeting place. With The Bronze Cafe there, we can eat great food while in the meetings. Friendly staff, tasty food and good prices. If I worked closer, I would use this as a lunch place for myself and a place to meet clients at.

When a coworker said there was a new spot downtown that had good vegetarian and vegan offerings, and some really good salads (which is all I ever want in this heat!) I was super excited to try it. Parking was plentiful, and the cafe space inside The Center was bright, clean, inviting and comfortable. I chose the Good Earth Vegan sandwich and the cantaloupe and turmeric water. The Pita sandwich was huge, and loaded with mushrooms, egg plant, peppers, sprouts, lettuce, tomatoes and some amazing hummus. It was served with a nice, fresh little side salad with a lemony dressing on it. The quality was fantastic, and the price was quite reasonable. I'm already perusing the menu, deciding what I'm going to get when I go back.

There are no words to describe how amazing the food and staff at Bronze Cafe are. Truly a hidden gem in downtown Vegas. Prepare to become addicted.

The Bronze Cafe has truly been my favorite place to visit in 2013. Their vegan options are some of the best. Everything is absolutely delicious and the Tree of Life Pita is seriously one of the best sandwiches I've ever had in my entire life. Chef Peter and David are culinary geniuses and are so wonderful for offering the vegan community in Vegas so many amazing options. If you go, don't leave without the strawberry cookie! And trust me, if you ever thought you weren't a fan of brussel sprouts, you will be after trying their roasted side dish. I blame (thank) the Bronze Cafe for my current obsession with brussel sprouts. lol SERIOUSLY GO RIGHT NOW!

Finally got to try this place out last week and everything and everyone was Devine! Tree of Life left me wanting it daily. Vegan cheesecake was the bomb.

I ordered from here and was very pleased. This place has some of the best and freshest food consistently. They have a great selection of healthy fare. It is a little difficult to find it in the community center but well worth the effort. One of my top 5 restaurants in Las Vegas that wont break the bank. The food is just so good you can't pick something you wont like and they have a nice eclectic menu. The juices are great as well. This place is just hands down wonderful.

Should get 6 stars! Food was AMAZING! Service was AMAZING! Had 2 Americanos, 2 vegan sandwiches and one of their fresh watermelon juices. Will definitely be coming back whenever I am on this side of town!

Today a bunch of came here for lunch and everyone at the table was absolutely satisfied with their meal. I got the complicated sandwich and that was AMAZING! I love the bacon jam! I was wanting chips with my sandwich however they served a salad with the sandwich. Let me just say that the salad was soooo good. Kind of pricey but definitely worth the money. I can't wait to try some of the other things on their menu.

Move over Red Velvet Cafe! The Bronze Cafe is the business. The sandwiches and sides are fantastic--especially the LGBTQ and you cannot miss the fruit waters (get the peach mint before it runs out!).

I ordered the Good Earth pita. It was amazing! I will definitely order from here again. I am excited to try all the different options.

  • Vegan V.

Had the Good Earth sandwich and a bowl of the Thai soup. The soup was excellent - spicy and sweet at the same time. Filled with huge chunks of veggies. I am usually NOT a fan of grilled veggie sandwiches (chef cop-out in my opinion) but this one was better than others EVEN if they forgot the hummus and sunflower seeds as described on the menu. Friendly staff and quick carryout service. It's amazing what's been done to a former paint and wallpaper store :) One thing I do object to is that the plant based sandwiches are a dollar MORE than the animal sandwiches (which makes absolutely no logical sense). AND charging $3 extra for 1/2 c of diced seitan. Too much nickle and diming for my liking. So a sandwich and maybe 6oz of soup cost me $20. Wont be back for that simple reason.

  • TJ B.

I didn't know what to expect when I got here. It was a bit smaller than what I expected and I wasn't sure what to get. Fortunately, one of the nice employees recommended the "what-what" sandwich, add bacon, and add bacon jam. Damn Gina sold! I don't even know what bacon jam is, how it's made, or what's in it. I don't really care I just know it was one of the best sandwiches I have had in a long ass time. I think there was a salad in the container too but I don't remember because I was too busy looking for leftover bacon bits and jam.

Went there this morning with a couple friends who are locals. I encouraged us to go based on the incredible reviews and one of my friends who has gone really enjoyed it.. Needless to say we were not disappointed. First of all, we were warmly greeted by the manager David, who made it a point to ask us for all our names after we ordered. We came in just planning to get a few juices and smoothies, but left trying quite a few items on the menu. After ordering Raw Vegan Superfood smoothie (which is so tasty and creamy), we ended up staying for a lot longer. First of all, the LGBTQ Sandwich - OK, I've had BLTs and I've had Bacon Jam. The housemade bacon jam is a godsend. There is nothing I've had like it, it's meaty, savory, smokey, and sweet. Get this sandwich! David also made an off menu sandwich for us called "The Complicated Order", it's a GLBTQ crossed with "The What What" (which is a fantastic sandwich in itself). AWESOME, even better than the LGBTQ. The scones we tried (Bacon Jam and Poblano Cheddar) as well as the Cinnamon Toast Crunch cookie and the Loving vs. Virginia (a brownie baked with a chocolate chip cookie on top) were all unique, but most importantly, incredibly tasty. We also sampled the Swedish Oatmeal, which was yummy along with being satisfyingly creamy and hearty. We also had a chance to meet Paul, the chef and I made it a point to tell him how awesome everything is. Along with David, I'd definitely make it a point to stop by here whenever I'm in town. For a healthy or sinful snack or meal, you've got to check the Bronze Cafe out!

Bronze has the nicest staff! Every time I eat here I know I'll have a pleasant experience. I crave the guac and mole sandwich about once a week, and my boyfriend loves the chopped chicken salad with bacon. The cold-brew coffee is a must in the summer. As for lattes, if you're adding a powder, they're a little too sweet for my taste. A plain latte or cup of coffee is perfect (they use Colorado River Roasters coffee from Boulder City). I've even had them weigh out a pound of coffee beans for me to purchase for home use. Bronze is pricey, but once a week or so it's a nice indulgence.

OK- I was recommended this place for a business lunch and I have to be honest: terrible for a business lunch. Seating was limited and right in the middle of some computer banks and so on- library/ student quad vibe. I scheduled it based on the representations on the web but not a good place to meet with clients. I has a public library vibe. So, getting that out of the way, the blt was really good as were the fruit waters and friendly service. Just not a fit for a business lunch. Sorry guys.

The Tree of Life sandwich is very delicious. Ice filtered coffee is very tasty. Great place for Vegans and non Vegans. The vegan cheesecakes are off the hook!

I travel to Vegas for work, & my first stop is Bronze Cafe. I'm obsessed with this place! What a find! The bizness salad is so fresh & incredible. Their lemon dressing makes healthy eating to die for! And since they cater to gluten & dairy-free, I always order their unique & delicious "cheese" cakes! It doesn't hurt that the staff is super sweet, too!

I orders the tree of life pita- AMAZING!! I also ordered the vegan superfoods smoothie- also quite tasty. I will definitely come back the next time I'm in Vegas! Maybe even before I leave...

I am so glad that there are healthy places like this near the strip. The watermelon chiajuice was amazing! My boyfriend & I both got different sandwiches so we could switch a half & share. Yum! My new favorite vegas spot! Super friendly staff too!

Any time I've had a scone elsewhere I've hated it, but the scones here are actually really excellent. This is like top-notch bakery in an unexpected venue. Nice sit-down area, kind of like a library, and quiet.

This place is wonderful. There are plenty of vegan and non-vegetarian options to go around. The sandwiches are great, the soups are always fresh and homemade, the baked goods and drinks are awesome and the staff are super-friendly and helpful. For a place to eat lunch, have a meeting or grab something to go, you can't go wrong here.

Ate lunch here on 10/8/13 and was very impressed. Ordered the Tree of Life, side of baba ganoush, and some sort of off-the-menu vegan, pumpkin/banana smoothie. LOVED the freshness of all the ingredients, LOVED the Tree of Life (even though I am not a vegetarian or vegan), LOVED the friendly counter service and friendly delivery to our table outside, and I LOVE what The Center is doing for the community as a whole. Sign me up for any establishment that is working to make things better in our town.

Hands down the best vegan food I have had to date so far. Not only was the food AMAZING and fresh and oh so yummy, the staff was the friendliest ever! They have flavored fruit waters, desserts, coffee, salads, sandwiches and all looked so good! The owner/chef Peter was so friendly and humbled at our compliments. I can't wait to go back next time we are in Las Vegas!

Amazing! Sooooo good!!! Being from LA and being spoiled with all the great vegan options we have there, we felt just like home! The smoothies and the sandwiches are super flavorful! The staff is friendly and welcoming! Me and my boyfriend were in Vegas for two days and we were at Bronze cafe both days! Highly recommend !

Seriously, I just joined yelp for the sole purpose of giving this spot five stars. It is THAT GOOD! I went here with Vegan friends and I split Tree of Life (with chicken) with my lady, which was dope. The real star of the evening was 'The LQBTQ', a ridiculously dope Bacon sandwich with bacon spread (and fresh vegetables). It was like being punched in the mouth by a ten-foot Bacon Golem. Can't wait to get back here.

Great food, and David couldn't be nicer. As a vegan it's so nice to go somewhere and know with certainty the ingredients in all of the items. Just can't get enough of this place.

The Bronze Café at the Center had delicious and nutritious food. We sampled several of the sandwiches and believe me, it was hard to choose just one. I had the "What What" which had pepperoni, turkey, and lots of veggies...absolutely delicious. My husband's favorite was "The LGBTQ" with house made bacon jam filled with bacon and veggies, out of this world. For the desserts...my husband devoured the "Raw Vegan Strawberry Cheesecake" while I consumed "The Loving v. Virginia Brownie and Cookie Combination"...all I can say is, "yummy". As far as the eating area was concerned, it was spotless and the bathroom was immaculate. Being that my husband and I are very picky eaters, we were so impressed with this place having great food and a clean eating area...and let's not forget the very friendly staff who served us with a smile.

First you walk in thinking its an office building.... And once inside super delightful. Warm, friendly the entire staff is amazing. David - I just couldn't get enough of him (I think he's the owner ) We got the "LGBTQ" sandwich.... Freakin amazing. And for dessert strawberry vegan cheesecake. Yup!!!! And it was honestly one if the best cheesecakes I have ever had. The only suggestion for being open so early is to provide a breakfast sandwich. You must go!!!!

This is one of the most delicious and innovative food places I've been to. Located in a community center, the food maybe under estimated. The food is made fresh and there are lots of vegetarian, Gluten and dairy free options. We tried the baba ghanoush and the humus which tasted great. My husband had the turkey sandwich which he's still raving about. The pineapple chia drink was very refreshing and I'd want to come back to Vegas just for their coconut water almond butter drink. They had gluten and dairy free cheesecake in strawberry, Chocolate and pistachio flavors. My husband doesn't usually like gluten free desserts but even he loved them. The crust was made of dates and coconuts, absolutely delicious. In short, don't miss this place.

Bronze Cafe all the way! Went Monday and we had such a great meal. Everything was served wonderfully and the staff very helpful I had chicken salad San and it was a party in my mouth with all the floors. I went with vegan gluten free family and they had soup sandwich and cheesecake wow how great they finally have found a place they can enjoy we are spreading the word!

  • Millo F.

Very nice place. My sandwich was excellent, it was a regular turkey sandwich with avocado, tomatoes, bla bla bla, but they put a very delicious lemon vinaigrette, that made all the difference. The flavored waters are as delicious as the pastries they have behind the display. Staff very friendly. Oh, and they have a LGBT library in the corner. Just come and check it out for yourself.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about Bronze Cafe. I have ordered delivery from them more times than I can count (20-30 maybe? I'm in Vegas every week for work) and they've ALWAYS been wonderful. Their staff is so lovely and they always go above and beyond. The food is wonderful. I highly recommend The Bizness salad, The Green Goddess chicken salad sandwich and their superfood smoothie. It's all so so delicious and healthy :) I'm obsessed, I know..

It's an easy decision to drive from Summerlin to Bronze Cafe at The Center when you know there's such DELICIOUS food to be had. My husband and I love the Tree of Life and Roasted Veggie Sandwiches, accompanied by a watermelon chia drink, and topped off with either (or both) the vegan cheesecake and vegan strawberry cookies. Our son loves the LGBTQ sandwich. All the sides are yummy as well. I can't wait to try the rest of the vegan options on the menu. Again, totally worth the drive!

Thank you Bronze Café! The food is fresh, clean, flavorful and quick. In addition to great carnivore options it is a great for the plant based eater (vegan). I had the Asian Marinated Kale Salad. I was not left wanting. The co-owner, David, provided me with a tasting of the sides and they were delicious. There is definitely something for everyone. I was provided a tasting of the vegan strawberry cheesecake and the vegan banana cream pie -WOW. I now have a place to go when I am downtown for meetings or on the weekends. Run by a Chef and it shows. Their Grand Opening is tomorrow, April 6, 2013. Other things of note: plenty of parking and delivery available soon to downtown businesses/locations(What a plus!), this is a grab and go location so no wait staff but some seating available inside and outside (no shade covers outside) I have not sampled the coffees yet...headed back very soon with my soon to be husband as soon as he returns from his business trip!

This place is great! Friendly service, free samples of the sides, reasonable prices and delicious vegan and non-vegan food! I had the BLT, and the bacon was absolutely perfectly cooked and had an amazing flavor! The babaganoush was a good smoky accompaniment to my sandwich. I also had the curry quinoa, which i could have eaten a bowl of, it was sweet and spicy and healthy. Finished with a warm cookie that tasted like the best cookies from home. I'm definitely coming back!

Finally made it in for lunch today after hearing great things about it from left, right and centre. Awesome food. I ate the Tree of LIfe sandwich and my two friends had the southwest salad and the Bronze version of a BLT. No one left a thing on the plate. Lovely food, lovely service (they gave us lots of samples), lovely atmosphere. Oh, and loads of vegan selections. Yum.

This place is a gem. Hubby and I recently tried it for the first time with a couple friends. We were really impressed with the food. Plenty of healthy, vegetarian-friendly choices. We shared the Tree of Life sandwich and the beet salad, along with a coconut almond blended drink. All were delicious. The prices are decent, especially for the quality of the food. Someone who worked there came to our table with several samples of goodies. You just can't beat that kind of service. Our side of town badly needs more places like this. We definitely plan on becoming regulars here.
